Okay. Let’s address the authenticity of the product. For those who are worried that you might have bought a fake one, don’t fret. The product is a genuine Xbox controller (Assuming you did your obvious checks). Register on Microsoft’s site and look for warranty status. If expired, use their helpline to get your warranty status updated. The officials ask for proof of purchase but they take a lot of time (Took a week for me). And the code being used, say that to the officials. They’ll provide suggestions. When I did, they said they’ll give an alternate code in the email but they didn’t and I didn’t bother to ask again. About the product, let’s compare it with Powera controller which I have (It’s a wired one not wireless). Both are good. Buttons are clicky, both are lightweight. Plastic quality is good on both. But the rumble ie haptic vibration is very light and did not feel like it did anything in Xbox (So far I’ve used it). If that’s something that worries you, then I suggest buying Powera. And on Powera, the plastic arm-like thing that contacts the RB button broke due to usage for like 6 months. So, I can’t use the RB button now and I’m in need of a spare RB button. This bothers me in Powera. The plastic quality should extend well to tiny parts. I don’t know how Xbox will hold. Will update after months of use. I didn’t test the bluetooth range and suggest you check that well. Overall both are same. There isnt much difference except for few minor ones which I believe are subject to personal preference. And 3 months warranty is very less. Edit : Writing again after six months of extensive use. Go for it. No damage so far. Still looking and functioning as brand new. And I still havent found replacement buttons for powera. Please let me know if you know where to get replacement buttons.

Its a fake . I checked its serial number on xbox website . Also spoke to the xbox customer support they said its not original and while testing this controller I have noticed its motors are worst than the powerA or other authenticated brands . I would suggest you all not to buy it .

Great built and design. Vibration feedback is awesome (feels awesome in GTAV and NFS on PC). New textured grips on bottom are superb. Works with iPad as well (probably only quality controller for iPads out there). Doesnt work with PUBG mobile on either android or ios though. Works with some other mobile games like asphalt, f1 etc but no vibrational feedback. But works like charm on PC for most games from last decade. Provided wire is quite long. Wireless is great but AA batteries lasts not more than 8hrs of gameplay. But overall, best controller out there for PC/iPad. Go for it blindly.

A must buy product for PC Gamers, as we all know that Xbox Controllers have native support for games on Windows, this controller works like a charm. It’s Triggers and Analog Sticks feels so smooth & responsive while playing games like Forza 4 & other racing & RPG games.

Excellent controller. Just the feel of it in your hands speaks volumes when you compare it with other controllers. I tried low cost controllers but realized that they broke within months and they did not feel right in the hands. Better to spend more and get this than spend smaller amounts in multiple low end controllers and feel miserable all the way. Only issue I had was when I tried to redeem the game pass code, it said it was already claimed. Sad to see that seller has actually opened the box, redeemed the code and packed it again. The device however works fine. Disappointed with seller but extremely happy with purchase
