I noticed a slight drift up. I fixed it to the right analog on my PS4 Pro controller. This one doesn’t have a zone where aiming suddenly jerks like another potentiometer I used and is super smooth like the original one of the controller and offers accurate aiming. It did however stick to all four sides when I used turned it but once I used it in the controller itself, I didn’t have any issues. I used SMD hot air solder gun and normal solder to desolder the old one and solder the new one. Could do better.

My Xbox Series S controller started getting a fair bit of stick drift after 3 months of rigorous use. As a PC enthusiast, i have never met a problem that can’t be fixed with the right tools and this was no different.
You can shell out over 5k for a new controller or you can grab a few of these analog stick replacements and make your controller feel as brand new as the first day you got it. I completely stripped my controller apart, it was not hard and took the board with the analogs to a local pc store to have the replacements soldered on. No extra calibration was needed and i was able to put it back together without issues. Waaaaay cheaper than getting brand new controller everytime the sticks start to drift, I cannot tell the difference with the stock analogs. RECOMMENDED!

It is almost close to original working as expected but if you check it in game pad tester after moving analog it isn’t coming exactly to centre meaning 0 values in X & Y..But that doesn’t matter unless you are a pro first person competitive player.

 My xbox one controller had drift issues, controller was barely used but was 2 yrs old, hence no warranty. Ordered this part and got it within 2 days, took 20 minutes to replace the part, some soldering skills and patience is what was needed. Part looks quality, will update the review adter few gaming rounds. For now I have uploaded a video of the new part being tested on win 10 xbox controller checker software. 100% on all axis. Feels snappy like a new one. Go for it guys value for money Edit after 10 months of usage, joystick stills works as good as new. Worth every penny.
