While it excels in connectivity and offers a decent build, the subpar quality of buttons and joysticks is a letdown. The absence of vibration further detracts from the overall experience. For casual gamers on a budget, it might be a suitable choice, but those seeking a premium feel might want to explore other options.

Good for casual gaming but not for SSB or any fighting game in general. Occasional hiccups with joystick drifting. No rumble support or amibo support.
Overall a good product for the price, can’t complain, it is the best bet if you are looking for an official Nintendo partnered joypad at this price. Tight on budget, go for it.

I’m generally skeptical of third party controllers, but this one is solid, especially considering it’s less than a third of the cost of the official pro controller for the Switch. It feels ok in my hands, albeit a bit toy-like, and also feels sturdier than you would expect. The buttons have a sort of hollow-feeling click to them, which I don’t like very much, but overall they feel fine. The cable is micro-USB, which is a bit disappointing, especially in 2023, but the cable that comes with it is nice and long, and also comes with an attached velcro strap (the good kind), so it makes up for it. I also really like the color I got (solid red).
The only thing I really *dislike* about this controller is the analog sticks. They move fine–better than I expected, actually–but they’re extremely wide, flat, and there is no rubber or anything coating them (i.e. it’s just plastic).
Overall, analog sticks aside, I’m pleasantly surprised by how good this controller is, although I suppose I shouldn’t be considering it’s officially licensed by Nintendo and I’ve had good experiences with PowerA in the past. If you need an additional controller for the Switch and don’t want to shell out $70, you can definitely do a lot worse than this.

Ho preso due di questi Controller per la Swich classica (Non oled), uno bianco e uno nero, e devo dire che sono davvero un affare. Costa molto meno rispetto ai controller originali, come i Joycon o i Joypad.
La cosa migliore è che con questi controller puoi evitare di sfinire i tuoi Joycon e risparmiarli per le tue avventure in viaggio o le sessioni di gioco con gli amici. E non devi nemmeno preoccuparti della batteria che si scarica, grazie al cavo incluso che è abbastanza lungo per raggiungere il divano senza problemi.
Li ho testati ieri su Mortal Kombat 11 per un paio d’ore e non ho notato alcuna differenza rispetto ai Joycon originali. L’esperienza di gioco è stata fluida e senza intoppi.
Consiglio davvero di dare una chance a questi controller. Io ne ho presi due, quindi ora i Joycon rimangono sulla console. Inoltre, ho aggiunto anche due impugnature per i Joycon per giocare in quattro quando abbiamo amici a casa, il tutto senza spendere un patrimonio per una seconda coppia di Joycon originali. Sono davvero contento dell’acquisto!

6/10. Bought it for the Emulators, and initially it was very good. It wouldn’t last long, though. I started facing really substantial drifting issues around the 4-5 month mark (average use). I know drifting is a matter of when and not if, and for the price this goes, I really expected better.

I have quite a few Nintendo switch controller but they spoil very fast and loses their charge. I tried buying the extra battery pack for the portable ones but still doesn’t last long. So came across this wired version that solves my problem. There is no lag and best of all works every time without the need to charge. Only con is that you can only plug on to the back of the console. Nevertheless a good reliable substitute for your game.

Durable controller
Just white color gets dirty very quick
