This game has to be returned as it will not play on a UK Nintendo, this issue should have been picked up by Amazon. Do not buy unless you are in North America

Great game! Very fun, looks good, and lots of variety. Mini game island is played to work through the different mini games to unlock them all. The multiplayer is good too. Only one cartridge needed for 4 players. You can either pick random mini games to play or play a board game with rolling dice with mini games along the way. One of the best ds games I own. I play it a lot with my 8 yo twins and they love it.

My niece is 6 and loves Mario but the regular game was too hard – this is easy to play and minimal stress about winning or losing – perfect fit, she loves it!
