If you’re looking for a slim case for your Switch then this is a great option, especially if you want a licensed design. I can’t attest to how effectively it will protect your console from drops but it’s a hard shell that seems to have enough padding to stand up to every day knocks. The console just sits in the bottom part and then it zips up, so it’s easy to get to (unlike some of the bigger cases that use elastic) and there’s room for more than enough games to get you through your trip. If you have a Lite, there’s a foam insert that allows it to fit snugly into the case, which might not be as nice as a purpose built one, so bear that in mind..!
Ultimately, I don’t think you can go wrong with this case – it fits into bags easily, provides decent protection for the day-to-day, has a nice design and basically just feels like a good product. I got this on sale for a mere £7.99 so if you can get it for that it’s a *steal*, but even for a bit more than that you’ll be happy.
