I bought this cpu. 1time i received it was not starting so they said a technician will come n check. Nobody came to check 8days I waited.
2time they sent a replacement cpu to solve my concern then it started n worked well. After 2-3months of using it started creating issue where cpu won’t turn on only.
Further they asked me to send this cpu to Delhi where their service centre is and the courier cost also I have to bear . Further when I sent this cpu to them it took total of almost 10-15 days for my new cpu to reach my place.
New cpu does not mean it’s brand new. All the parts are refurbished ( repaired).
So think before buying this product because time is important. If u waste time on service of product there’s not point in buying it.

Not to forget the body of cpu of all 3 times they sent was damaged in some area. I did not argue further as it’s my business pc n to argue with them is wasting ur own time

I have received system with all components and OS as mentioned in specifications. I have not yet used it fully but sure it is very good for learning courses and for regular office work. I have connected it to my lan and my kid is already playing CS 1.6 with out any lags and stutters, so sure you can do some basic gaming too. It looks as good as new with minor scratches on the unit which can be ignored as it is refurbished item.

I’ve purchased a re-furbished desktop computer from Newjaisa it worked rarely for one week, Now its totally dead within guarantee period. Once contacted Newjaisa support they’re advised to repair it at a local shop, too much disappointed.

Had some problems with the power code..had to buy new one..but when i contacted the newjaisa service team,they refunded the money immediately even with out a bill..CPU showing good performance. CPU is not having an HDMI port..it was tough for me since i had to buy VGA to HDMI converter..it didn’t gave good clarity in my monitor..but later i found out that it has a DP port which alsonmy monitor has,then it became so easy.with the DP cable,the images are crystal clear and giving a seamless experience. .with the price ,i am more than satisfied. .it is value for money,scratch resistant and good performance with lots of usb ports

Good and Like new. But keep in mind that it can give you only upto 800*600 pixels to monitor..no Full HD. So even if you have full HD monitor you will only see maximum 800*600 pixels and stretched. You may not find serial number on CPU. You will habe buy VGA to VGA or D to HDMI cable. No HDMI port in CPU.
