Good in condition and they provide usb wifi dongle free but they didn’t mention the generation of processor but A10 7800b AMD I got its pretty good product and heavy packing with power cable performance is very good no scratches easy to install thanks Amazon for good product

Return and replacement not possible despite being mentioned in the Product Page. So if there are any issues, you are on your own.
CPU Fan speeds up periodally due to overheating.
Cannot check to identify exact issue because the screws of the cabinet have been drilled so deep and tight that it cannot be opened without damaging the cabinet.
This also means that any attempts to install a graphics card or additional hdd is effectively prevented because of the same reason.
For the same reason, you cannot clean the internal components. Nor can you ever troubleshoot the system hardware to replace it.
Opening a cabinet usually voids warranty but I would rather have a system that can be upgraded a bit than an item whose screws have been drilled so deep that it cannot be opened without damaging the cabinet.
Drivers are also very outdated.
System speed and performance is average. But it is as expected from a refurbished unit at this price range. Being unable to check the exact reason of the random noises is worrisome.
Packaging was excellent.
Power cable is included.
Some of these issues may be unique to this system but the lack of Quality Control is appalling.
Buyers Beware.
