This is Harshvardhan Mishra.
I bought an inverter on 29th May 2024 from the e-commerce company Amazon. Nov 16 2024 There is a noise in the inverter and very little smoke comes out.
And the power output from the inverter stops.
I registered a complaint on Nov 19 2024 and very soon in the evening engineer “MD” visited us. They take the OTP and go.
After he leaves, whenever we try to operate all the electric appliances in the house, they do not work.
I register a complaint again and the engineer “A” comes. He checks everything. And he tells me that your inverter will have to be repaired. I will have to order parts for it.
They take the OTP and go. They ask me to register a new complaint.
After that I got a call from the engineer “B”. He also takes the OTP and tells me that your inverter will be replaced. Wait till the new inverter arrives. He does not visit physically.
As per his instructions, today (19 DEC 2024) I went to Vishal Enterprises, Shahjahanpur. He refused to replace me. I messaged engineer B but he did not give a satisfactory answer.
I am worried because I have not talked to the customer executives of Livserv for a month. Engineers come on visit and take OTP and leave but there is no solution. I have been worried for a month.
You are providing very poor and worst service. No one even came to install the battery and inverter.
I have been waiting patiently for the solution but the one month passed but now I have no Solution.

Harassment From Service Center. Also amazon Is not help.
Service Center sail is totally costumer Responsibility to Drop and Pickup product From aur office..

This is my worst experience in livguard inverter , I purchased this from 10 days but they are not working properly they remain closed every half an hour automatically and there are alot of complaint I registered but service is worst
