1. The ear pieces are too small, and therefore really hurt the ears badly.
2. I had distortion in the sound, which was somehow impacted when using the mic.

Only bought this cause my current office provided Jabra headset failed. Not worth the price but since my office was reimbursing it and it has the standard bought it.
As a product it’s really good. Super comfortable since it’s light weight and can be worn for multiple hours if needed. Sound and mic are very clear. If cost is not a factor, highly recommend this.

Fast shipping ran into some issues setting it up to work with my soft phone for work but its ok now. It works very well with Microsoft Teams.

The headset is very light weight and comfortable to wear for long hour. Also the sound quality of speakers is such that it will not create issues in longer meetings. Also wire length and cushion quality is good.
The two cons I see is that turning mic boom upwards does not mute it unlike other headset variations. Also the mic noise cancellation is not up to the par with other jabra product I have seen. I bought this headset just considering Jabra’s quality of mic but now for this headset I feel it gives same quality of other brand’s wireless headset which can come in same price range. I feel if given chance I will opt other wireless headset such as JLab or CA Essentials which comes with same price range and with same mic quality.
