Battery backup is good, everything is working till now.
VK –
1) Battery drain during sleep is very high , indicating low charge retention .My 5 old battery was much better
2) Over backup is way below expectation and indicated capacity. Almost same as the original 5 yr old battery
Looks like they are using cheap cells & the customer support number has not responded even after multiple attempts . They had even included a business card but it’s of no use .
