The capture quality is quite poor. The video resolution is shown as Full HD, however the bitrate is very poor and the video stutters a lot.

Bought this USB Video Capture device to record videos from different sources like my camera, laptop and game console. It has a USB Type C connector and an HDMI input port. It was very easy to set up and use with OBS software. The video quality was good and the audio was clear. I gave it 5 stars because it did what I needed it to do. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a simple and reliable video capture device.

I would not recommend 720p nowadays
But it all depends on your budget and if you are fine to see blurry picture

So this review is specifically aimed at people trying to get a HDMI capture card for their iPad. The Baseline is : IT WORKS . I use it along side an app called Orion , and it definitely works right out of the box . Go for it . I’ll update this review about its long term usage later 🙂
