emudhra Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (Dsc), 2 Years Validity, With Epass 2003 Token

100% satisficed. executive installed DSC in the token using remote access, working perfectly fine. Even I filed my GST return and applied for the trademark using this.

This product must be understood from two points.
1. As a physical deliverables a token is shipped, that’s ok. But this token is incomplete without the DSC certificate which has to be digitally generated from the vendor’s end. To do this KYC has to be completed from customer’s end by providing necessary documents. Usually, this is done on CA’s online portal or affiliate link that CA provides to its vendors. Vendor here in this case is just a middle man between CA and customer. Here comes the second point, i.e. in this case eMudhra’s official affiliation given to vendor to facilitate the customer to generate DSC on its behalf. Once DSC is generated that is done, it can’t be transferred to others.
2. Here the vendor/seller in this present case first of all not sharing any affiliate link of eMudhra to customer i.e to me. Next, asked me to share kyc documents over WhatsApp and asking over phone about the affiliate link of eMudhra, it was informed that the DSC that will be provided would be of XtraTrust and not eMudhra. This is very important to mention herewith that this item itself involved service of the vendor as an integral part of the product sold on Amazon platform. Generating DSC from XtraTrust rather than that of eMudhra, is non delivery of the complete product as described on Amazon website and as sold to the customer i.e. to me.

Hence, the feedback herewith is not only about the seller but the feedback of the product itself is inseparable from the seller/vendor feedback.

Promising eMudhra as deliverable product on Amazon website and not complying with it post purchase, rather dumping other brand product itself is non delivery of 5he correct product.

This invariably, my feedback will remain coupled with seller feedback as this is a different kind of purchase that contains both physical item and digital service, which not been fulfilled correctly here.
