do not buy if you will cancle subscription after registering then this will sending too many emails daily like spamming for renewal on your business email id and THERE IS NO OPTION FOR OPTOUT FROM EMAIL LIST. no not easy to go to customer care, fooling in name of AWS.

I also bought this product very initially and was furious like other users however, i waited to write a review as i was in touch with Freshworks and Amazon team throughout and i was overwhelmed with their spontaneity and customer service.
Coming back to the product, these very Earlier all the features were mentioned in the listing which was not clear so i raised concern with both the teams and now they have mentioned the blossom plan which is regularly priced at 999-1499. I am happy that i bought this product at a very good discount in Digital Suite and look forward to use it to grow our business.
I would also like to thank Ketan from AWS/Boxnsights and Sanjay, Karthik, Pravallika and all the members of the freshworks team who worked with us day and night to make sure all our issues were resolved and we were onboarded smoothly. Look forward to a long partnership with AWS and Freshworks.

I did not find this product useful. And I have been paying monthly subscription for it without using it. Even though I has requested on several occasions to cancel my subscription.
Amazon B2B Customer –
Our organization (we are into textile manufacturing) has been struggling with an archaic, legacy CRM for quite some time. Have been looking for a cloud based CRM product basis feedback from industry peers and was evaluating a few options. Was glad when I found Freshsales in Amazon Marketplace at a much reasonable price point (less than a price of a coffee!) for their Blossom plan. It is definitely a steal at this price point for the rich features this plan offers.
The Freshworks team contacted us within 2 hours of registration on the Seller’s site, set up a video conference call, and handheld the entire implementation process, which took less than 2.5 hours (including integration of our existing systems!). Have also upgraded to 12 users already, via the Digital Suite Portal and have set-up for auto-renewal as well, which is seem less again!
Overall, a delightful experience so far and looking forward to managing our customer leads and customer engagement better.
CIT –
It is Blossom plan. On top of the purchase price here, once you get activation link, it will not allow you to proceed before you enter your payment card details for recurring charges. They also charged me Rs. 500+ extra before letting me active the product. On top product description has all the features listed however it is as per their blossom plan. Ex. we were looking for AI BOT which is listed but it is not there. I have to take help of Amazon to get refund however still struggling to get that Rs. 500 back which was charged directly by vendor outside Amazon.

I bought the product and had a very seamless experience getting onboarded into the platform. I get deep visibility into my pipeline and sales processes. My sales team finds it very easy to use and dont complain. The team provides good support and is very friendly. A great buy for improving sales !

I was amazed when I first saw that these Freshworks products are available through Amazon at such a low price (normally 1499+). We have been thinking about using Freshworks for a while and knew we had to try it now given the special pricing on Amazon… I hope they keep the price this low, we will come back for more!
The features for this plan are very clear in the product description and the Freshworks team was very supportive when helping us set up and said we can upgrade our plan at any time in case we need more features. This plan is perfect for our team right now and we might try more features as we grow.
The Freshworks team has also been very responsive and hands on with our inquires. The make you feel valued and show you how to make full use of the product. Looking forward to more from this Digital Suite from AWS.
