From a features perspective the Yeti offers zero-latency headphone monitoring, headphone volume control, and a handy little mute button that’s perfect for those times when you need to clear your throat. On the back, you have a knob that allows you to directly control the mic’s gain. Beneath the gain dial is the real crown jewel of this mic: a multipattern selector switch with four recording modes. Like the Snowball, you have an omnidirectional mode, for picking up sound from all directions, and a cardioid pattern, for focusing on sound directly in front of mic. Because the Yeti uses a unique, three-capsule design (instead of the two included on the Snowball or the single capsule used by most other microphones), the microphone offers two more recording patterns: a stereo mode, and a bidirectional mode that pulls sound from directly in front or behind the mic.

The Blue Yeti Microphone is Good may be in an indoor studio setup but if you live in a noisy environment then you have to use a software for noise Cancellation. Built-in quality is awesome and sound Quality is good.

This is a good product for voice recording using your laptop. I use a Macbook pro 2020 which has a very good microphone but not suitable for voice recording so i was looking for a higher quality microphone. I ordered Blue snowball ice but found snowball ice sound quality was same as my MacBook pro’s inbuilt microphone. Finally i ordered Blue yeti and once i used it, i can confirm this has good good quality recording and good output. As far as noise cancellation is concerned, it doesn’t pick sound of fan which my MacBook pro was able to pick. Apart from this, one must ensure recording is done in a silent environment for best results as no microphone would give good results in noisy areas. I am fully satisfied with quality of Blue yeti and its sound output and i am also satisfied with Amazon for their quick service. I highly recommend this microphone as you can’t go wrong with it.

If you’re a beginner and not a professional you’ll love how this microphone sounds. It’s convenient to place on a desk and it looks cool too.
If you’re an intermediate or looking to upgrade from recording into a lapel or dynamic microphone, Here’s the deal: You need to place this microphone in a room that doesn’t have too much echoes or you record yourself in a closet of some kind, and you’ll be happy with the results. The microphone doesn’t handle lower mid frequencies as well, but that’s simply because of its build and price.
Professionals, probably aren’t buying this as their primary microphone anyway (I use it as a back up mic in case I have an extra someone in the studio that I want to get recorded on a podcast etc), but it’s still a good mic for it’s price range.

I bought it bec I want to upload video and audio files to YouTube with a fine quality sounds and enough volumes to hear it from any device . I normally use my iPad to take vedio recordings but the quality of sounds good only in iPad when I hear , but when it is uploaded to YouTube the volume is not enough . So I m yet to experiment to it to give you my fee back . Also I would like to get warranty for this mic purchased from you via Amazon , how to go about it ? Pl guide me
