I am on Zoom calls all day with clients and colleagues, and use my laptop for the microphone and speakers. I started getting told very often that my voice would trail in and out when speaking. I tried tweaking my machine and cleaning it off, but the result was the same. As I often do presentations and the occasional webinar, this wasn’t acceptable, so I settled on the Logitech iCE mic based on the price and reviews. I have used it once now and have been old my voice/volume has been consistent and clear, which is all I could have asked for. One unexpected benefit is that it seems to do a nice job of filtering out unwanted noise that occurs in the rest of the house, such as dogs barking. I’m no expert, but if you work from home, this is a great addition. As it is almost as big as a grapefruit, my only wish is that it was a little smaller.

This could be the cheapest branded mic. But there are several non branded mics at far lower prices with good reviews. If you feel branded is safe, go for this.
Design is a matter of taste.
Sound quality, recording and noise cancelation is obviously excellent.
One issue you’re gonna come up against is a lack of availability of spare parts.
Please bear in mind that you’ll inevitably have to buy a separate stand for this. The stand that comes with this isn’t that sturdy and actually too small for any practical use. You will either have to always hold your mic, which means hand ache and an inconsistent sound; or you will have to put a pile of books or some such in front of you to raise your mic to your mouth level, which means danger of the mic falling over. You cannot bend down at an impossible angle to speak into this mic. Nothing works. I’ve even tried sitting on the floor and keeping the mic on the chair. You’ll inevitably have to buy a separate stand.
Now you’ll realize that very cheap stands are a danger to your mic. I bought a stand with 500 bucks but reasonably good reviews. Then I hit upon a new problem. Most mics can fit any mic stands. But not this one.
The screw hole for this mic is a unique dimension that mic stand screws don’t adhere to.
I didn’t find any floor mic stands or longer desk stands. I just found boom arms. You’ll have to buy one of those.
You will then realize that you also need to buy a screw adapter 3/8 inches to 5/8 inches in order to fit your mic stand to your mic.
You will then realize that no seller at your nearest electronic stores is selling this screw adapter. You will find exactly one Amazon seller for this screw adapter, after searching all over the internet.
This seller can take down this product at any time. So you’ll have to quickly buy this screw adapter.
You’ll notice that this seller does not even specify what metal this screw adapter is made of. He just says metal. But you’ll buy it anyway, because you have no other choices. This little component costs Rs.500 by the way, and the seller claims it is imported without specifying any details about the product.
Your other option is to buy more expensive boom arms that already come with this connecting screw and various other components and accessories.
No such option is available on Amazon or any other Indian platform.
Your only option is to import this item from platforms like ubuy. Customs, shipping, etc. Included the cost will come at least to Rs.7000. Not to mention the documentation and follow up hassles you will have to endure through the whole process. Ubuy doesn’t clear customs for you. All that is your job.
Bottomline: if you buy this mic, you will either end up spending far more on an imported boom arm or you will buy a cheap boom arm and a cheap untrustworthy component from a shady seller. But you’ll buy a boom arm for sure.
Great mic though. You could still find that you’re in love with its design and performance.

But this one make me crazy 🔥. 2 ) blue snowball looks funny 🤣 but features and quality are too good. 3 ) I search Entire amazon site for mic but in this price u dont get any mic better than this. Good mic👍 Built quality as well as recording quality both are good👍 I use it for singing👍. It might not be as good as professional mic but trust me it records very well considering that it costed me less than half the price of any large diaphragm condenser mic at that time.👍 I even dropped it a few times😁

First time received the product with different port of usb B type where as people telling it that it is fake product. Actual mic has connector like printer.
Second thing is it is not canceling noise that much which proves it is fake product from Logitech china made.
Received different serial numbers on box of product, boll receipt and on physical mic. That sucks.
The logo of Snowball is written in rectangle not in oval shape. And yes blue is not written by comoany in real procuct.
Once replaced again received same type of product. Which has again different serial numbers on product, bill and box. Retailer even don’t care about suggestions and complaints.

I like the simplicity of it, just screw the mic to the stand, plug in the USB cord to your desktop or laptop and your done. On that note the issue I had with it is mostly because it has no software for it, now the mic I have and was planning to replace with this one came with a software that allows me to adjust the noise gate, and audio quality, the snowball doesn’t have that and it something I prefer since I want people to hear what I am saying loud and clear, another benefit from it I have found is it allows you to hear how you sound when you access the mic from the software so you know how you will sound to other people. If you want a good and easy mic for talking or streaming the snowball is good but if you want to be able to tune up how you sound look for mics that connect with a software app to adjust the mic to how you want to hear you

I am a content creator, so I have wanted a good microphone for a long time. And this is the best value-for-money microphone I purchased till now. Although it is a good mic, it also has some pros and cons though:
PROS: 1. Good Audio Quality. 2. Plug N Play (No extra software required). 3. Average Noise cancellation. CONS: 1. The Build is plastic (Its good, but still, I’m not too fond of plastic builds) 2. The wire provided has USB Micro B to USB Type A ending. But it should have a USB Type B to USB Type A cord, as per the photos. 3. Sometimes, you will hear a little humming after recording. I still have no clue where it comes from.
After all, it is a budget Microphone, and it stands out to its expectations. That is why I am giving it a 4 Star Rating.
Cons Stand is not good enough Boombaam is so costly near about mic price.
My advise: buy if you have no problem of stand because it’s sound quality is overpowered (op)

this mic is great for streaming, gaming, discord, zoom meetings, google meet. I personally use it for all of the above and it goes without saying that no matter what price range Blue always delivers professional Mic quality in its mics. If you are confused between the Yeti and snowball don’t waste your money and go for the snowball because if you can afford the Blue Yeti might as well go for a Shure Mic. I stole one star because you have to either buy a Mic Arm or pull the mic close to you so that it delivers optimum sound.
