I have used this for more than 8 months now , this is not a robust printer. There is always one or the other issue . It didn’t work with the computer . The support number is unresponsive or keeps asking you to change the device . It’s a cheap model from china being sold here . Please do not buy this product. You will spend half the time setting it up or troubleshooting the problem .

I recently purchased the PeriPeri 4inch Bluetooth Direct Thermal Label + Receipt Printer and I am extremely satisfied with this product.
The best thing about this printer is that it is very easy to set up and use. Additionally, the print quality is excellent.
