This robot vacuum is pretty good for the price. It picks up most of the pet hair and dust bunnies. The battery life is decent, and it navigates my furniture pretty well. Emptying the dustbin is super easy, too. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase. App control is also very easy to use. Pretty satisfied with the purchase.

The ILIFE T20s stands out as a powerful and versatile robotic vacuum cleaner, offering features like strong suction, intelligent navigation, self-emptying capability, and simultaneous vacuuming and mopping. Its user-friendly app and voice control compatibility further enhance its appeal, making it a valuable addition to my home seeking an efficient and hands-free cleaning solution.

Bought the product a month ago. It was quite easy to setup. App installation, account creation and connectivity to home network went smoothly. Robot navigated and mapped the 3BHK without any issues. Vaccum is quite good. Mopping is acceptable. Robot seamlessly covers hard to reach areas like under the cabinet and cot.
The only issue is if you interrupt the robot when it is going back to charging station and make it to clean a room, it gets confused and loosing it’s current position. You need to carry it to the charging station and make it to connect to the station to regain its location accuracy. Also, battery doesn’t last enough to clean the house twice(vaccuming and mopping separately) when suction is set to power mode.
Other than that all good. App gives you lot of options to efficiently manage the cleaning process. Availed extended warranty since the repair cost seems to be significant when it is not in warranty.
I will update the review after using it for an year.

Features: 5 stars. Love the LIDAR mapping and cyclonic dust separation that actually works! (ala Dyson)
Vacuum: 3 stars. Good suction, but brush bar is small, so it misses stuff, sometimes requiring a second pass.
Mapping: 4 stars. The LIDAR is awesome. Not perfect, but a huge leap forward in technology for these things.
Implementation: 1 star…the LIDAR only seems to work when you are mapping your house. It doesn’t seem to work when it’s actually vacuuming. Also, most of the time it fails to recognize where it is located when it backs off the charging station, despite having already mapped the house and not moved the charging station. On top of that, about once every other month the map gets corrupted, requiring me to pick up a bunch of stuff that it should already know to avoid, to allow it to re-map the entire house again. Worse yet, it doesn’t seem to be able to work by simply carrying it to a new room and letting it just clean that room without first mapping it…it just gets confused and tells you to return it to the charging dock so it can figure out where it is…why not just let the LIDAR work while vacuuming and not require a new map? I don’t get it…
In conclusion, great technology, poor execution. Feeling quite frustrated with it currently and shopping for another robot companion. LoL

This is so much time saving, easy handling, hustle free product, no manual efforts, best demo team, Sumith is great in explaining and helped even after the demo for some additional questions. No dependency on maid for mopping cleaning.
One point is that it does not remove stains, otherwise best pet friendly floor cleaning without the need of phenyl, and suction power is brilliant, the dust collector has a lot of minute dusts within one day and it’s unbelievable. Great purchase.

This is my second ilife robort and I never get disappointed with this brand . Compare with my old Robot ( bought 2 years before) this one has laser function and app to support with makes me feel more high tech with my day to day house cleaning.

Like many, I noticed that the ILIFE A10 offered a lot of features of higher priced robotic vacuums at a lower cost. I was initially skeptical but figured I’d give it a try as there are new pets in the house. I was concerned that hair would not be picked up on the carpet and it may be very loud or just difficult to use and maintain. In practice none of these issues actually came up and there were some features I didn’t expect would come in handy but I found I used anyways.
The initial set up of the A10 is pretty straight forward. I would suggest getting it on the WiFi so you can control the robot remotely and from your phone. It’s nice to be able to view the floor plan of the home but also see where the robot is and where it’s been as the app shows the path the robot has taken while its actively vacuuming. The other feature I thought was useful was being able to control the suction power from the app. Ultimately I use the vacuum fairly frequently so I found you could lower the power to keep noise down. This is nice as WFH makes it difficult to use the vacuum while at home if it’s too noisy. I didn’t think I’d need the physical remote that comes with the vacuum, however found it to be useful. It makes it a lot easier for anyone at home to just push a button to start the vacuum and I found doing this while leaving the home makes it even easier than fumbling around in an app if you’re in a hurry.
Finally the actual performance of the vacuum works as expected. Coming from a corded vacuum I was concerned there may not be enough power, but that wasn’t an issue. Since you can have the vacuum run as often as you’d like the floors are consistently clean. It’s also super satisfying and shocking to empty out the bin and find so much stuff. I think the main thing I’d like is if the A10 could empty itself out and then it would truly be automated

This machine worked way better than I expected. After comparing it with top end vaccum on the market (Roomba i7+, S9 etc) and some lower end ones (Shark). I have concluded that the LIDAR technology is really better than Vslam in general. This Ilife S10 was able to create a smart map of a ~4000sqft, multi-room, multi-foyer location within about 10min of first usage. It navigated as if it has a set of eyes. The map was so accurate that it shows the legs of dinning tables and a room which is round shape.
After that, we pretty much just use the vaccum with the app. We could draw out a specific location on the map and ask it to just go there. That is exactly what we needed. The vaccum was able to retun home 100% of the time. Perhaps it is not the quietest and most powerful, but the ability of going exactly were we ask to was the key for us.
VS. competitor: Vslam technology is really not good enough for a large and complex layout. “Vaccuming everywhere” in the house is very unpractical. Because the robot will stuck before being able to map. Even a top end roomba (which excel in Vslam tech) stuggles to make a good map. While a Sharke (a poor implementation of Vslam) was just trash as it could not map prorperly at all.

I bought this A10 robovac (Rosie) after buying and loving their W400 robomop (Roberta). Roberta is the only mop that actually has separate clean/dirty water tanks so I got it and love it. Since I cannot mop my ceramic floors without vacuuming I got Rosie to make life even easier. If I’d known how much stress these two would have removed from my life I’d have bought them long ago without hesitation. I live alone and not in perfect health. I still work full time which exhausts me. I continually stress at getting my house cleaned up on weekends when I’m usually recuperating from the work week and it’s the last thing I feel like doing. I have 3 dogs who all shed at a different time of year and one likes to shed all year just for spite. So not even 1 week goes by before I see dust doggies rolling and swirling in the hall way or corners when I walk by. I have a lot of floors to vacuum in a house too large for just me. Felt like all I was doing was working and cleaning house. Then came the Robotwins! OMG! My friend called last weekend, asked me what I was doing. I replied, “I’m lying here vacuuming my house!” And I was! Now, sure, any appliance can always use some improve so I’m not going to re engineer this vacuum. But suffice to say I would not hesitate to get another should Rosie meet an untimely demise. However, with all these dogs and hair, I would choose a self emptier if I had a do-over. This little bin fills up quickly. And if I could re engineer one thing, it would be to have Rosie stop and alert me when she’s full. But anyhow, regardless, I just check the bin and empty frequently. There is one gripe I have about Rosie’s app. When I pause her to empty the bin, she acts like her hair changed color suddenly and she forgets everything she just finished doing. So she starts the cleaning process all over again from where she stopped. On the app map, her pathway that she’s just done disappears. That’s my main gripe. Otherwise, she’s a rock star. I can launch her easily from the app, I can tell her to clean specific rooms and I can draw a barrier wall on the map to keep her nose where it doesn’t belong. It’s fascinating to watch her roll up toward my bed, then slow when she detects the dust ruffle in front of her and without touching it, turns and goes away from it. I personally like that because there are wires under there that would get her in big trouble. If you want her to go under your bed, tuck your dust ruffle up out of her way. She seems to have no trouble over rough doorway transitions or over raised floor vent covers. If you want advanced Alexa integration, better keep looking. You can basically tell her to start and stop. That is all. The app is where the magic is. So many options. You can also create schedules. I don’t do that because my dogs would probably disembowel her if I were not home. Right now, if I could add one thing to my wish list between Rosie and Roberta, it would be for a firmware upgrade that would let me visualize Roberta’s mopping path on the existing lidar map that Rosie created. Or either a lidar based mop because Rosie now has me spoiled! I can mop and vacuum every day now if I want to! And I very nearly do! Thank you iLife for giving my life back on the weekends!

I’ve been using the ILIFE A20 Pro for a 10 days now, and it has been a pleasant experience overall. The vacuum is efficient, has strong suction power, and performs exceptionally well on both carpets and hard floors. Its mapping capabilities and app integration make controlling and customizing cleaning schedules quite convenient.
Initially, I faced some challenges with the mapping function, as the device seemed to struggle in properly recognizing the layout of my home. However, the technician Vinay assigned to help with the demo was amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable, and guided me step-by-step on how to resolve the mapping issues. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made a huge difference.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly robot vacuum with solid customer support, the ILIFE A20 Pro is a great choice. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable yet reliable cleaning assistant!

Recently I purchased Ilife A20 Pro and writing this review after using it for 8-10 days.
Rohith helped me with setting up the robo with the iLIFE CLEAN app and virtual demo was nice with all the required details to operate the robo at your own. Thanks a lot to Rohith.
App works fine and you can control the robo using app. App has all the necessary features.
It has good suction power and does the sweeping neatly with minute dust particles collected. Mopping is OK as A20Pro has smaller water tank and it does the job if your home does not require rigorous mopping everyday. Overall very good sweeping and ok ok with mopping.
RECOMMEDED: If your home is of 600 to 750 sq feet then you can do two rounds i.e one round of sweeping first (removing the mop) and then one more round of mopping (with lowering the suction but keeping the water level at normal or high) so that it will be really clean. If both sweep and mop are done at a time robo side brush will become little wet when it crosses the already mopped space and the sweep will not be effective.
Pros and Cons:
Sweeping : A20 Pro sweeping capabilities are impressive. It picks up the fine dust and leaves your floor spotless.
Pros:
=> Suction power is good and it sucks up all the fine dust.
=> Obstacles detection is good but can be improved.
=> It follows a zigzag pattern while cleaning and also in Y shape.
=> U have different suction power settings and brush speed which u can choose from the app.
=> iLIFE clean app helps to edit the mapping and floor plan but can be improved.
=> Robo can climb carpets but have not tried on carpet.
=> Robo Battery life is good so far
Cons:
=> It can get stuck and stop if it picks cloth doormats, cables, tissues etc.. so need to remove doormats, tissues, cables etc.
=> Some times it goes and hits the obstacles. Detection of obstacles’ needs to be improved.
=> Corner are not fully cleaned .. manually needs to be cleaned based on your need.
=> Water tank capacity is smaller so for bigger size homes it needs to be re-filled if using max mopping mode (which uses high water )
=> iLIFE clean App be still improved like the order in which rooms to be cleaned etc, little precision for adding no go zone.
=> sometime it blows the particles or hairs side wards but most of the time it picks all the particles.
=> you might need to remove any dust or particles at the corners before the robo starts as robo can’t reach the corners.
Mopping: Mopping Is decent and it does the job done for daily usage. You can’t expect this small machine to mop like a human does. Mopping looks pretty descent if there are no small kids at your home and floors are not that un-tidy.
Pros:
=> It follows the same zigzag pattern while mopping. Also can use Y pattern which takes little more time.
=> Pretty descent for daily mopping and might require weekly once manual mopping
Cons:
=> Water tank capacity is not sufficient to clean a 1500sft area
=> => As I said it just gets the job done can’t compared this to the conventional mopping or any hard spots.
=> You cannot add any floor cleaner or detergent in the water tank as it clogs the pores. I was told we can use the floor cleaner on the mop pad (not tried)
Maintenance:
As usual any home appliance requires regular maintenance and this machine also requires taking care of machine every week or so. You need clean main roller brush, side brush and rollers for good quality functioning.
Overall I’ll recommend this product.. sweeping capabilities are impressive and mopping is also good..
Hope this is helpful.
