I have purchased X5 pro omni in usa and my life has been much easier since then,so I gifted this same product to mom who is in India and she loves her robot now.it does it’s job great with vaccum and mop, I love mop feature a lot, it mops no less than a human, to be honest more cleaner than human mopping. I love it’s app and it’s customization according to our daily needs. It can vaccum and mop the floor at same time, saving lots of time.it picks dust and mops the floor with clean water for every 10 mins and wash the mop by itself and sends dirty water to separate bin.even at the end of cycle we don’t need to wash the mop, it’s mops and dry itself.its a life saver for me.its expensive for India but you won’t regret the purchase of you can afford.its a game changer in robot vaccum and mop with ai technology, camera access, video call, home patrol and many more options,great for people with pets as well to have video calls and crystal clear home even with frequent pet mess.love love love my X5 pro.coverage is good,mapping the home is great and battery life is also great.

De manual is kort maar krachtig waarmee de installatie goed is verlopen. De eerste keer een ruimte mappen en cleanen ging prima. Nam wel nogal wat tijd in beslag. Zal de volgende keer wel sneller gaan met alleen cleanen. Het resultaat op een laminaatvloer (met één matje) is uitstekend: de vloer blinkt en het matje is ook schoon. De app is zeer compleet en informatief.

This is my first robo vacuum cleaner and I bought it after several months of R&D on amazon reviews, YouTube and other platforms. I bought this for my home and we have 2 storey building, 1 floor is of 1100 sq. Ft. This robo vacuum is worth the money, cleans perfectly both vacuum and mopping. Very functional, the app is quite easy to use and doesn’t have any bugs as of now. You can schedule your cleaning time and the battery life is pretty good as it uses about 35-40% charge on cleaning + mopping (2 times mop) on custom mode and about 25-30% on AI advance mode.
My mom used to ask the maids to clean properly but after this robo vacuum, she is so happy and appreciates the capability of the robot to clean properly. I also have a Labrador, and the this robo vacuum is pet friendly. All the mentioned features are working as it is mentioned!

Personal experience:
Great suction power, edge to edge cleaning , low height which makes it easy to clean under the beds,
Zero tangle feature ( most important feature I was looking for), 70° hot water mop washing (most essential feature with kids at home) and true detect 3D 3.0 to avoid hitting obstacles.
Pros:
Ease of operation .
Makes very minimal noise.
Good battery .
Edge to edge cleaning.
Video manager.
Cons:
Unavailablity of accessories.
Fewer interactive features.

ecovacs deebot x5 è un robot aspirapolvere e lavapavimenti progettato per semplificare le attività di pulizia domestica, con una stazione di ricarica con due contenitori:un contenitore per l’acqua e detersivo pulito e l’altro per l’acqua sporca in più il sacchetto per lo svuotamento dell’aspirapolvere. Per la prima installazione ha una mappatura ben precisa infatti impiega un bel po’ di tempo.Quando si fa iniziare la pulizia si lava i mop a 70° e asciuga con l’aria calda ,carica l’acqua pulita e poi parte verso una pulizia dettagliata di bordi e angoli, questo robot si distingue per la sua efficacia.Negli ultimi anni ne ho avuti diversi robot ma questo con la stazione con acqua pulita e sporca è davvero Top,con ben 12800 Pa, è tra i più potenti del settore. Le piastre di lavaggio inoltre, vengono sollevate di 15mm quando incontra un tappeto, per prevenire bloccaggio durante la marcia gli altri che ho avuto si sollevavano soltanto di 9mm e si arrampica anche nei piccoli scalini di 22mm.Nella loro pubblicità dicono che lava fino a quando non è tutto immacolato ed è davvero vero sembra assurdo ma non lo è.La stazione di ricarica permette al robot di tornare autonomamente alla base per ricaricarsi quando necessario e autosvuotare lo sporco, garantendo una pulizia continua senza che l’utente debba intervenire manualmente loro indicano una manutenzione di circa 150giorni

Positive:
It works very well and clean area.
Battery life is very good it will work without charge for 3 days with cleaning depending on area to cover.
Navigation is also accurate just lock your map or it will create new map.
Anti tangle is best and nothing get tangled like hair. So maintenance for us to clean it frequently
Camera is also good but not much use in my case

It doesn’t clean edges perfectly some parts are left in case of chair.
It need charging station powered always if your face electricity issue it will not be able to return automatically to station
Voice recognition need more work it doesn’t understand commands property

Gefühlt besitzt mittlerweile jeder in meiner Umgebung – ob Freunde oder Familie – mindestens einen Saugroboter! Ich habe mir lange überlegt, ob ich auch einen brauche und hatte schon ein paar Modelle auf meiner Wunschliste. Da ich jedoch bereits einen normalen Staubsauger habe und nicht „unbedingt“ einen Saugroboter benötige, habe ich den Kauf immer wieder verschoben. Wir haben jetzt einen großes Haus und echt viel Zutun deswegen.
Ich war gezielt auf der Suche nach einem Saugroboter, der besonders leistungsstark ist und eine lange Akkulaufzeit sowie eine Wischfunktion bietet. So bin ich direkt auf den ECOVACS DEEBOT X5 Omni gestoßen, der nicht nur toll aussieht, sondern hat auch eine Automatische Entleerungsstation bitet.
Nun gut, kommen wir zum Wesentlichen – der ECOVACS DEEBOT X5 Omni im Einsatz. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell, allerdings kam der Roboter ohne zusätzliche Verpackung direkt im Originalkarton an.
Lieferumfang:

– OMNI-Station (mit Staubbeutel x 1)
– Moppplatten x 1 Paar
– Waschbare Mopp-Pads x 1 Paar

Nach dem Aufbau habe ich den Roboter erstmal an die Ladestation angeschlossen. Er begrüßte mich direkt mit einem englischen „Willkommenssatz“ – eine nette Überraschung, denn der Roboter hat einen Lautsprecher!
Nach dem vollständigen Aufladen habe ich ihn mit der ECOVACS HOME App verbunden, und nach kurzer Einrichtung begann er auch schon zu arbeiten.
Steuerung und Bedienung:
Der Roboter lässt sich über die App oder Amazon Alexa steuern. Die App bietet praktische Funktionen für einfache Steuerung und Statusaktualisierungen auf dem Smartphone. Ein Freund empfahl mir, darauf zu achten, dass der Roboter in geraden Linien fährt statt kreuz und quer – dadurch arbeitet er viel effizienter und reinigt tatsächlich alle Stellen. Dank seiner TrueDetect 3D 3.0 Technologie scannt er die Umgebung in Echtzeit und erkennt Hindernisse präzise, wodurch er problemlos um Möbel, Teppiche und Kabel navigiert.
Reinigungsleistung:
Die 12.800 Pa Saugkraft sind beeindruckend! Der Roboter entfaltet hier eine enorme Power, und dank der 200 mm extra-langen Hauptbürste ist die Reinigungsleistung auf harten Böden und Teppichen sehr effizient. Bei Erkennung eines Teppichs wird das Wischpad automatisch um 15 mm angehoben, um eine Kontamination zu vermeiden – das OZMO Turbo 2.0 Rotationswischsystem sorgt dabei für eine gründliche Nassreinigung. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch die ZeroTangle Technologie: Mit einem speziellen Anti-Haar-Verwicklungs-System bleibt die Bürste weitestgehend frei von Haaren, was die Reinigung und Wartung erheblich erleichtert, da meine Frau langes Haar hat.
Design und Bauhöhe:
Der Saugroboter hat eine Plastikabdeckung auf der Oberseite hinter der die Bedienung steckt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die geringe Bauhöhe von 75 mm. Unser Sofa steht auf 90 mm hohen Füßen, und es war bisher ziemlich lästig, darunter zu saugen. Jetzt übernimmt der Roboter diese Aufgabe problemlos!
OMNI-Station und Komfort:
Die mitgelieferte OMNI-Station ist eine echte All-in-One-Lösung und nimmt mir eine Menge Arbeit ab: Der Roboter wird dort automatisch gereinigt, die Mopp-Pads werden mit heißem Wasser bei 70 °C gewaschen und anschließend getrocknet. Auch die Staubbox wird selbstständig entleert und der Wassertank nachgefüllt – so ist der Roboter bei jedem Einsatz wie neu und sofort einsatzbereit.
Kleine Minuspunkte:
Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Lautstärke. Die starke Saugkraft hat eben ihren Preis, und der Roboter ist spürbar lauter als andere Modelle. Für mich ist das aber kein Nachteil, da ich bewusst ein Gerät mit hoher Saugleistung wollte. Ich möchte aber „auf hohem Niveau meckern“, da nur ein Staubbeutel mit dabei ist. Bei dem Preis könnte man mindestens noch 2x dazu legen und eventuell 2x Wischpads. Ob das dem Sternabzug würdig ist, kann ich nicht sagen denn ansonsten bin ich rundum sehr zufrieden.
Fazit:
Insgesamt bietet er eine sehr gute Reinigungslösung für große Haushalte, die man beißen Preis eigentlich auch erwartet.
Meine Frau und ich sind rundum zufrieden mit dem DEEBOT X5 Omni und hoffen, dass er uns lange treu bleibt.
Von uns eine klare Kaufempfehlung – selbst wenn der Preis zu hoch erscheint, lohnt sich, es lohnt sich wirklich.
