We purchased the Robo L10s Ultra a week ago. Before buying, had several doubts, especially since the company and product are new to India. In fact, had never heard of this company. However, upon researching online, I found that the company was founded in China in 2017 and is part of the Xiaomi Ecological Chain. This information instilled some confidence to further investigate the product’s worth.
Conducted my own research, compared it with similar products on the market, and established that we needed a device that excelled in mopping. Vacuuming has been well-handled by the first generation of robots, and all current brands have decent functioning bots for vacuum sweeping. However, mopping, especially in Indian conditions, is a crucial function. A bot that doesn’t mop well has a limited functional role, and mopping is a significantly more complex problem than vacuuming.
Through my research, I found that bots with emptying stations that can clean the mopping pads and have rotating mopping disks are clear differentiators. Only a few companies offer this product, and they are generally 3 to 4 times more expensive than other bots. This is why we ultimately chose Dreametech.
I even spoke to the customer support on the number displayed on Amazon product page. The customer support and sales responded to all my queries and also did follow-up calls with the information which they did not have. Yes, the product and team being new, they also have to guess go back and do some work to answer
Post purchase of the product the installation and demo / training was done by the local support team. We are in Hyderabad and Dreame has local support person available here. When I raised the installation request, the local support contacted me back within few hours and the installation was done in our in the same day! This was actually a surprise because I was thinking that the company being new will not be able to be so swift.
With usage of the product of one week, would like to list out what is good and bad.
Pros
Automatic emptying system: Super handy. No need to mess around. The mopping disks get cleaned in every 200 to 300 sq feet automatically by sending the robo to the station
High suction power: With 5300Pa, it doesn’t miss a thing, from dirt and small objects to random bits and pieces.
Smart navigation: The AI 3D tech in this robot is cool – avoids furniture and bumps like a pro.
Good battery life: The battery lasts a good while and it cleans up really well. Perfect for those with big homes.
Easy to use: The Dreamehome app is well-made with relevant notifications, key settings, and overrides including zone wise preferences and no-go zones, etc. It takes a while to get used to the app but once you understand, it’s very usable and functional
There are a few downsides to mention:
– When it comes to multi-floor mopping, you’ll need to turn off the self-cleaning feature for the mopping pads. That’s because you can carry the bot to another floor, but the emptying station stays put. This is definitely something that needs a solution.
– The bot doesn’t seem to pick up on smaller items like wires. It steps on them and then gets stuck. I’m hopeful that the algorithm will improve over time and this issue will be sorted out.
– We’ve noticed that sometimes the pads leave a white streak in certain areas.
– Lastly, the bot makes a pretty loud noise while cleaning the mopping pads, which can be a bit annoying.

Je suis absolument satisfaite de ce robot. Je l’ai eu, il y a un an, une période durant laquelle j’étais en incapacité de pouvoir me tenir debout. Et je peux vous dire qu’il a fait un super boulot à ma place. Peut-être même mieux qu’à ma place. L’avantage c’est qu’il se glisse sous les meubles les plus bas. Moi j’adore ce robot et cela fait plus d’un an que je l’ai. Même si à côté j’ai acheté un aspirateur lavant manuel toujours de la même marque. Ce petit robot magique me rend bien service pour aller dans les endroits où nul l’autre balai ne peut aller. J’étais surprise de l’efficacité d’un aussi petit produit. Rien à dire comme défaut
Il sait faire la différence avec un tapis. Qu’il nettoie très bien d’ailleurs. Il s’est contourné les objets qu’on aurait oublié. La seule chose ne lui laissait pas des fils électrique ou autre par terre. Les lingettes de nettoyage tournent tout comme les hélice permettant d’aspirer. Donc forcément un fil électrique n’est pas le bienvenu. Il aspire des choses plus grosse que je ne pensais. En tout cas j’en suis absolument ravi. Et si j’ai acheté en parallèle le Dreame H 14 pro, c’est uniquement, c’est uniquement, parce que lorsque je renverse un verre. Ou tout autre chose, je suis contente de prendre juste le balai pour nettoyer ce que je viens de renverser. Ce n’est pas du tout le même usage. Y en a un qui fait tout tout seul pendant que vous êtes dans votre lit ou au travail. Et l’autre qui permet des tâches ponctuelles ou le nettoyage complet de la maison.
Encore un petit commentaire, j’ai eu un souci de réservoir avec l’achat suivant de Dreame et neum de cet appareil citées ci-dessus. Et sans aucun problème, j’ai reçu un nouveau réservoir.
J’adore cette marque. Je connaissais Dyson, Tineco, mais j’ai du mal à changer, parce que je suis satisfaite. Chaque mot est sa spécificité. Est en général, Dreame coche un maximum de case. Quand on recharge de produits, on fait super longtemps avec un flacon. Qui je pense est susceptible d’être rechargeable. Avec le produit vendu en bidon par Dreame. Je n’ai pas encore testé puisqu’il me restait des cartouches. Le robot est facile d’entretien.
Bien évidemment il est important de le nettoyer pour un meilleur résultat. Mais je vous avoue que ce n’est pas tous les jours. La séparation de l’eau et de la poussière s’est absolument génial. Contrairement aux balais aspirant et lavant . Il y a deux réservoirs séparés un pour la poussière, un pour l’eau.
Je vais m’arrêter là, je pourrais vous en parler des heures. En résumé je vous le conseille. Et encore petit détail, sa caméra est bien utile. Car il peut lui arriver d’être coincé sous un meuble. Il suffit de lui demander où il se trouve. Il répond et grâce à la caméra on voit vraiment là où il se situe. Ce n’est pas qu’un gadget.

I’ve used 1 day. Next day it keep on rotating and couldn’t find dock station. Then i placed it manually. Even then it keep on recognizing for home. If i give clean command. It say going to cleaning station and roams the whole house.
Design was good. But it’ll working after sometime. I spent 38,000 for this.

Después de tener 4 años el roomba 965, vamos un alta gama de la marca, cascó hace cosa de un mes. Investigando un poco porque queríamos ya algo que también fregara, dimos con esta marca que no conocía. Como soy de comprar una sola vez algo bueno si me lo puedo permitir, allá que fui a por el L10S Ultra. La verdad que nada más sacarlo de la caja ya se ve que has hecho una buena inversión con los 1200 euros que vale. Mi casa es toda de baldosa rústica y muy dura para fregar. No tenemos ni una sola alfombra. El robot es fácil de configurar y de adaptarlo a nuestras necesidades de limpieza. Se nota muchisimo los más de 5000 pascales de potencia de succión que tiene. Me encanta la configuración por separado de cada habitación una vez hechos los primeros mapeos de la casa. Le puedes decir que barra o fregué las veces que tú quieras en cada estancia. Lo mismo que si quieres que solo barra y no friegue o viceversa. La IA es increíble como detecta objetos en la limpieza activa y no se enreda con ellos además de guardar una foto del mismo para que el usuario vea que es exactamente lo que hay en su camino. La cámara que trae la puedes usar para monitorizarla cuando tú no estás. Eso si, si monitoriza en mitad de una tarea de limpieza se parara para que lo lleves por control remoto donde tú quieras. Siempre que actives la cámara dirá en voz alta que se ha activado la cámara para que quien esté en casa sepa que la cámara está monitorizando. Además una vez conectado a la cámara puedes activar el micro del móvil desde la aplicación y hablar con los de la casa. No escuchas lógicamente pero si te escuchan a ti. No me digáis que no es un punto. Los tanques de agua limpia y sucia son de 4,5 litros y puedes pasar varios días sin vacialarlos. No huelen nada porque se cierran de forma muy hermética con la junta torica que traen. La bolsa de vaciado también dura mucho tiempo y además trae una de repuesto. Nosotros le tenemos configurado el secado de mopas 3 horas cuando acaba la tarea de limpieza. Se puede configurar menos tiempo pero yo creo que el secado completo en 3 horas queda muy bien. En fin que podría decir muchas más cosas sobre este increíble robot y probablemente me quedaría corto. Es caro pero podéis estar seguros de que vale hasta el último euro de lo que cuesta.

Enkele maanden heb ik deze robotzuiger in gebruik en ik ben er zeer tevreden over. Ik gebruik hem op kantoor wanneer ik aan het einde van de dag graag naar huis wil en de deur achter mij dicht doe maakt de robot de ruimte schoon. Wat ook super handig is zijn de meerdere ruimtes die in kaart gebracht worden.

We have been using this product from last week and found it extremely useful, and cleaning has to be said really good… but attention is required for areas to be avoided has be pre marked…or keep an obstruction to avoid these areas … Use it and understand the products few limitations and arrange the furniture accordingly for maximum cleaning … Should say the limitations are very few ….!!!!
Some attention is required in the maintenance on a daily basis for few minutes for change of water and addition of fresh water, we add a bit of dettol in the fresh water container which we found useful… To sum up its a very useful product… especially the self cleaning Mop function is the real highlight to this product… and I definitely recommend this product also inform you that when picking up a robot vacuum definitely pic up the one with self cleaning mop and dust or at least the Mop….. cheers Good day
