I am using this since last four months, No doubt product is very good. It is working fine. What could I have observed during this period that if you consider for vaccum cleaning it is having good performance for collecting dust, hairs. But for mopping it is just satisfactory. It can’t remove any spot on the floor that you have to clean manually and you can’t be totally dependent on this, sometime twice a week you have to do mopping manually for shining the floor. It can be used as part time help, still you can’t escape from manually mopping and cleaning. Maintenance part and spare parts are quite costly. It’s service centre are less in India. It is also a drawback. Overall after sale service is good. I would have given five star if mopping could have been better. This is my opinion.

Après plusieurs comparaisons et lectures d’avis, je me suis lancée et j’ai pris ce robot. Mon homme septique en est tout à fait ravi, tout comme moi ! Meilleur achat du siècle. Fini le bac à se trimballer ou l aspi balait. Je peux faire autre chose pendant qu’il passe tout seul. L app est super facile d utilisation et très utile. Le bruit, ça va encore (bébé dort et le robot est en route). J’ai environs 80m² de programmé et ça n’epuise quasiment rien de la batterie (5% environ) en 20 min c’est aspiré. Le bac est facile à vider, la platform est très discrète. Monter les petits tapis et différence de carrelage (1cm) = no prob !
Petit ic quand même : parfois la brosse propulsé une saleté plus loin (ex: une croquette de chat)
Autrement, je le recommande les yeux fermés ! Ça fait quelques semaines maintenant que je l’ai et j’en suis toujours ravie.
Programmable, discret, pas trop bruyant, nettoyage à l’eau, intelligent et app facile. Bref un bonheur !

Fantastique aspirateur robot. Je pensais être dans une catégorie de gadgets concernants ce type d’appareils. Mais ce Dreame D10 plus m’a fait revoir mon avis et définitivement changé mon avis. Considérer comme le meilleur de sa catégorie (cf google rubrique test D10 plus). Il fait vraiment le travail et parfois bien mieux que des marques plus cotés (irobot).
Il me fait mes 80m2 sans sourciller a pleine puissance et il lui en reste sous le capot.

App 6/10 en effet il faut passer par l’app Xiaomi home pour un résultats plus serein mais même cet app n’est pas ouf elle est tres confuse et loin d’être intuitive car en effet elle peut gérer tout l’univers Xiaomi et a force d’avoir voulu tout mettre dans le meme panier se la rends assez désagréable, visuellement pas esthétique, les fonctions de votre robot sont un peu éparpillées. La cartographie se fait assez aisément mais il faut être précis, la gestion des pièces est assez facile et les modes de nettoyage également. Bref c’est clairement la petite faiblesse de ce robot qui lui est parfait. Les cables qui courent le long d’un mur (meuble) sont clairement une faiblesse mais elle concerne tout les aspi robot. Éviter également les choses qui traînent style chaussures chaussettes les jouets enfant ou du chat sous peine de ne pas les retrouver ou vous les aviez laissés mais ce n’est pas vraiment un problème pour qu’il fasse sont travail.. a signaler que je n’arrive pas a le faire parler français mais pas dérangeant il parle anglais ( peut-être une maj reglera le problème dans le futur)
En conclusion: offrez vous cet aspi robot vous le regretterez pas tant le travail est fait et tres bien fait!! Et pour ce prix (acheter pour ma part pendant les Prime days a 240€) je ne pourrais plus m’en passer!

Decent cleaning. Attaching map how it cleaned. Performance is good. Make sure to connect it where u want to keep for the rest of the time. Connectivity to charger is good. It automatically goes to charging dock. Map accuracy is very good. Suction power is decent. Sceenshot which i attached is when cleaning is going on.

Vengo de un Cecotec Conga 5290 que murió derrepente, siempre daba algún problema sobre todo la app.
Sin embargo el Dreame D10s le saca mucha distancia en todo. Es mas potente en succión (no he usado el modo mopa de fregado aún), la autonomía es x4 en comparación y el funcionamiento en general es muy superior. 100% recomendable.
Lo uso en una vivienda de 204m útiles y el robot hace un área de limpieza de 147m en un tiempo de 127 minutos y le queda un 28% de batería aprox. En modo “fuerte” de aspiración (+ turbo en alfombras) y con un plan programado de orden de estancias y horario. Lo uso 2 días a la semana y perfecto (2 convivientes sin mascotas).
Buenos acabados del robot, metodo de limpieza del aparato, de filtro, de depósito… se podría decir que es algo estético al ser blanco, pero un poco mas grande que los demás. No hace mucho ruido en modo “fuerte”, en “normal” (que aspira justito) no hace apenas ruido.

I liked the robo cleaning and most importantly my mother in law liked as compared to house help it cleans perfectly.All the unseen dust hairs are cleaned very nicely.Just a negative point is that if you wanna do just sweeping we have to remove the water tank before only .We cannot schedule alt day mopping.Apart from that it’s very good product and works efficiently.Mapping is also top notch.

Worst product of all times..
worked for first 2 months flawlessly, then, a string of problems are continuously coming.
Battery is not an issue, neither the house mapping, but the durability of this. This robot cleaner screams loud when it works. It’s not the rubber protector, it’s not the vacuum sucker, it not even the mode, its a mechanical fault and this is a serious issue, and even after complaining 4-5 times, they are saying it’s our fault to not maintain it.
I got new parts for it, and still the problem is exactly the same as it was. I cleaned it after every cleaning job, but no effect on it. Please see the attached images:
-The photo in which blackish liquid- those photos are the one which show its efficiency. After putting it to vacuum, and then 2times mopping by robot, we put some normal water on floor and took a wiper and wiped. And you see the results. After its cleaning, floor just LOOKS good, but it is not.
-The video in which it’s making soo much sound.
Its a pathetic device, and the brand also doesn’t help much. PLEASE take this SERIOUSLY, this is NOT A JOKE.

For me it worked well in the starting 2months. It charged well, worked for fair amount of hours.
It cleaned well firstly.

My honest review after using this product for a month now. For me, it is meeting the expectation because my 3 bhk doesnt have uneven floor, up and down entrance for rooms. So it worked nicely and gets easily inside the rooms and complete 3 bhk cleaning and mopping with in 1 hour and 20% battery is enough. It’s good for us with two people because we always make sure that we are not throwing anything on the floor. We are not leaving stuff on floor but when it is a big family and everyone can’t be responsible to keep the floor clean with big throwing then ignore it. It can not stopped a need for domestic help because then you have to do all the dusting, door, electronics, furniture cleaning by yourself. Since the mop is not perfect, we need to do manual mop at least once in 10 days. Otherwise if we can do some of the work by ourselves like cleaning the big throwing from the floor or dusting then go for it. I mostly do it from the office . It is that easy. Cleaning is so good that it doesn’t leave any dust on floor. I bought it for 16500 during a sale time so for me I thought it is good even for a few occasion. I am loving it . After dinner, it is just a click when you command your robot to clean the kitchen floor and you are gonna love it. Regarding the tech part, it is very easy for anyone who knows how to connect wifi . That’s it. Regarding the cleaning of robot, it becomes nasty so I always use gloves and clean it once in two days and it is hardly a 5 mins job. So think about your need and then go for it

It cannot enter its own dock. Doesn’t lift high enough and makes terrible noises, as if it’s an elephant. There must be something stuck. The box was open, this wasn’t a new device I think. It needs to go back … this simply is unacceptable.

Without the application running on your phone this robot loses a lot of functionality, like room mapping etc.
When logging into the app it tries to download a plug-in for the robot, but fails. It failed on two different phones and the app has been deleted and reinstalled. So that is the end of that really, this robot is not fit for purpose because the software simply doesn’t work. I haven’t even managed to test it. It is like buying a car which arrives with no key.
Oh and the customer support from Dreame is terrible, chatbot on the website prompts me to look at buying a robot lawnmower after trying to tell it that I need help with the app.

I Recently purchased Dreame Vacuum cleaner, have to say it gave me a really good experience. It is a remarkable addition to the home. There are a few things I liked about it.
1. Its navigation system is very good at avoiding obstacles and ensures there are no areas left unattended. Also, it works very quietly.
2. It has a longer battery life.
3. Its app is user-friendly, and it has a feature to assign an area where you do not want it to enter. It has multiple cleaning Modes like Spot cleaning, automatic cleaning etc.
4. It is very easy to maintain, emptying the dustbin and cleaning the brushes is all you need.
Like any product, this one is not without some minor drawbacks but its special features especially its navigation system make it worthwhile. It really does save a lot of time and effort in the daily cleaning.
Overall, Even though it costs a bit, I feel it a worthwhile the money spent.
