This product is very good with seamless transition to Battery power when the power goes off, Before going for this inverter, initially I went and ordered a famous inverter brand with lead acid battery, but that inverter was not delivered and I had no clue whether it will be delivered or not for many days until I was informed that it will not be delivered, I did some research and observed that this product will be delivered by the manufacturer themselves, so took a chance and went on to order this product and I am very happy till now, though I would wait for 3-4 years to be completely satisfied, nevertheless the customer support for this product was really good, though most representatives spoke only Hindi, I was brought in to touch with English speaking customer support executives to tell me on the whereabouts of the product and when it will be delivered, this product looks so cool and it can be kept anywhere inside the home for its good looks, it also perfectly fits inside most of the available trolleys for lead acid batteries in case if you want it to move around while cleaning the floor, safer than lead acid batteries and far better if you have children at home, to me it is reasonably priced given the cost of Lion batteries, my only regret is than I didn’t go for the solar charged inverter/battery from Genus which looks even cooler inside home, the only con is that I have to pay separately to adjust wiring in the home for inverter, it took me a while to find the best guys in my area to do that, if Genus could support for wiring installation, they can do even better selling this product. overall I should say Genus is the best manufacturer in India when it comes to inverter with Li-ion Battery

Purchased on 28 feb 25. No issues till day. First time user of any inverter. Inverter is noise less, compact and worth buying. Got installed through local electrician. Well it is very early to comment on performance of product but till now it seems there will be no issue. After Sales Service of the company yet to be reviewed.

Performance wise, it’s smooth and reliable, with no hiccups so far. The Lithium-Ion battery charges quickly and lasts a good amount of time. One of the best things is how silent it runs-no annoying noise! It’s compact and doesn’t take up much space, which is a plus. Setup was easy, and it’s been working flawlessly. Perfect for home or office use, especially during power cuts. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase. Definitely worth the investment!
