The media could not be loaded.
Received faulty product and iniate return and as respnose get pathetic return system the delivery didn’t call and just update in portal delay with respect to customer. Same issue was happened while deliver the order and whenever tried to reach customer suppot unable to find direct communicate customer support. I am very unsatisfied with service and product.

we have bought this chair in April and found this value to money.
Back of the chair got broken in July during usage we thought we might need to buy a new one…However, We just checked bill and found product warranty for a year and thought of contacting company with no expectation.
we contacted the manufacturer Newturn via call. Person from Newturn was very nice and requested for the pictures on whatsapp. Without any questions asked, he requested for the address details and dispatched new back of the chair immediately and shared tracking number as well.
Definitely amazed by the customer service !

It’s good and compact. Not sure about durability as it’s new. Just a suggestion that wheels should have wheel lock. It’s so swift that when u sit it just rushes back and one has to hold it tightly to sit and not get dragged in direction.
Rest cushions are comfortable. It’s easy to assembled. There is full Medio on couture.

This is good option specially when you have limited space. I purchased this for my kid’s study table. It fits completely in my 2′ × 2′ space and can rotate as well.
Even I could sit in it comfortably. Build quality is fine. Assembly is easy, one can follow video instructions to assemble and this is done in just 10 mins.

Chair is over all good. But few shortcomings as follows
1. Hand rest should have been plain. Current handrest as provided is very uncomfortable.
2. Seating space is small.
3. Cushons are good, but could have been a little softer.
