It’s an average product…I had to replace the 1st one since the panel was damaged however the 2nd one I received was horrible…the wheels jammed because of which the chair doesn’t move freely which ends up the floor tiles with scratches…to add to it…I weigh about 60 kg, I am able to adjust the height of the chair however once I sit on it, it automatically lowers..very bad experience..such a waste of money…now it doesn’t even allow me to request for a replacement..only return option is available and if I have to return the product…I need to mail it myself which is so inconvenient to move out of the house especially in these times of COVID19 Pandemic…I stuck with this useless product and need help…

This is a great office chair for the price (Under ₹ 5000). It came well packed and the assembly was fairly simple. The seller had included the required tool to assemble this chair, so no additional tools were needed. I have been using this chair for about a month now. The best part is that you get a metal base frame with castors which is much better than the plastic base which breaks within a few months. The chair is comfortable, suits the requirement of a small home office and is of a very good quality. All this for under ₹ 5000 is a steal !

This products looks like a second copy of what’s shown in the display. If you see carefully, the display pic chair leatherette appears bulkier than the product they send. It just looks flatter than what’s displayed. Quality of the leatherette is medium (not inferior or superior), will tear down easily and will wear off in 1-2 years. Above all, I received a defective piece (shown in the pic), the leatherette was either damaged by the chair maker or the leatherette material was defective. Since I needed a chair urgently, I have applied tape to the damaged area and using it. The quality of this product is equivalent to a 5,000-6,000 chair. It is not a 12,000/- chair. Don’t be fooled.
Pros: Comfortable than ordinary chair, sturdy, takes only 5 mins to assemble (no screws, just pop click and ready to use)
Cons: Feet don’t touch the ground completely after sitting (I’m 5’8″), leatherette quality wont last long.

I can say that this is a chair which I ordered after seeing a lot of other options in this price range.
Neverthless I can say that it just works and serves the purpose.

Durability – 5/5 (Really rigid and could last easily for years)
Final Score – 4.5/5 (Go for it blindly if you are looking for nice chair below 5k)

It came in good boxing and the packaging was good. It was easy to assemble. The look is awesome and its comfortable as well. Only one part was damaged as shown in the picture. Though its not related to the sturdiness, seller should make sure that the brittle items are packed in such a way that they are not broken. Otherwise am happy with the chair.
