Ah so i bought this chair few days back and I would say it’s a must buy item if u are a student or a office person. It’s very comfortable and infact very easy to install also the customer service is really good and helped me to claim my warranty without any extra work.

I got in touch with cellbell support and they were nice enough to provide the replacement. After assembling the new parts, it assembled fine. There is still a little bit sideways wobble so I’m not sure if that is how it is supposed to be. But at least I have a chair now.

The seat extension didn’t have a proper alignment for the screw space. I couldn’t place the screws hence leaving the product unusable.
