I purchased this chair recently and it takes nearly 3 weeks to deliver.
The chair comes in good condition in the company pack.
Although, the chair quality and finish is very good, I am feeling very uncomfortable as the back support is too much forward and there is no adjustment to move it back.
It’s ok for lite structure persons but not comfortable for medum and heavy persons. Sitting for long hours in the chair with this problem is very difficult.
I removed the lumber support piece hoping improvement till I am accustomed to the chair.
Although this is not a manufacturing defect, it can be prevented if back support adjustment is provided.
Hence, buyers better check for this option if any or purchase computer chair with certain gap between seat and back support.
Generally such chairs may not be available in this budget, hence better to buy higher priced with more comfortable as one has to work peacefully.
The Company states 3 year warranty for their products, but when submitted the online form sent by them, they just ignore and says Its our pleasure to serve you better.

I purchased this chair in May 2024 and after 2 months I faced problem with hydraulic cylinder. After I wrote a review these guys called and said that they will provide hydraulic cylinder and requested to remove the review.Now even before completing a year the back support hinge has cracked. I didn’t even care to call them this time and replaced the chair and purchased a new one.Worst quality. Don’t purchase.
