I recently purchased an office chair from BeAAtho, and I am quiet satisfied with my purchase. The product quality is reasonably great as per price segment. I like the design and the comfort. It provides good support for long working hours. Also, DIY assembling guide is very easy to follow.
However, I would expect them to improve customer support and after sales service. There was minor issue and it took more than a month to resolve it. Also, not all Allen-keys are part of product, such as, for handles screw.

The chair was delivered a a couple of days late and I was contacted by the company customer support to appraise of the issue for the delay due to Amazon festival sales. They take good care of the customer and help to resolve issues if any and that seems a very commendable gesture from them. Also gives us confidence in the company’s aftersale support.
For 7k, (I got it for 6k including offers and cashbacks) The chair is quite comfortable. Takes about 10-15 mins to put it together, but it’s quite easy as they provide the instructions & assembly videos. The stichings are good.
It is just about perfect for a person with height of 5’4″ at the lowest height setting of the chair with legs firmly on the ground and good posture.
The recline is OK and it would have been better if it could go upto 135°. You’ll find yourself having to push backwards for rocking it back and forth.
I haven’t used it for long hours to see the endurance, but the initial impressions seems it would be comfortable to sit for long hours as the lumbar support is good. If you have an airy room, wouldn’t have much concerns of the chair trapping hot air resulting in sweating.
It does look a little bulky in comparison to other office ergonomic chairs but it looks really classy and elegant as well.
The only cons I felt is the wheels – they are not smooth as expected and requires a fair amount of force to move it around.
Also the fit and finish of the steel/chrome base could be a bit more polished and rounded on the edges.
Overall the chair is a worthy buy for the price point it was offered.And the customer support seems to be nice and approachable which adds peace of mind to the purchase. You won’t go wrong with this product if on the lookout for classy and luxurious looking chair with comfort.
