chair is great, assembled self in half an hour, no snags while assembling. I am very comfortable with chair especially the neck support is awesome, go for it to save your back.

Well its kind of good chair if you compare it with Greensoul chairs. I used greensoul for 2 years but ended up breaking it(completely my fault) while shifting to a new house. So this time I felt I should try another brand.
Built wise, same as Greensoul, infact somethings are better. Putting it together was very easy task, took me just 30 minutes or something.
If you are purchasing because of extra bells and whistle it offers, then dont buy it because, that massager is pathetic.
head cushion is quite bad as well. For an average head size, its pretty small and squishes very small. Feels like its not even there after sitting on it for few minutes.
I mean, I can complain more but then to be fair, greensoul at this price or little higher offers same thing. You are pretty much stuck at this point but anyway got to live with it cause I am sure manufacturer or seller on Amazon wont care less.

This chair is great..I assembled it in like an hour and after that its all about comfort..this is the best chair you will get in this price bracket..and the massager fucntion is a bonus..its really good..I have no complaints.

Qyality of the product not good….much better quality available in market and another online shopping apps. Installation is not easy…counted bolts and screws are available in packet if someone fails in tighten then……(dimag kharab bc) Go to the market find same bolts size and its not easy to find out same size. Some bolts hole are not good or well finished very difficult to tighten or loose. Most important things “NOT COMFORTABLE IN SITTING AT ALL” …!! Only a couple of hours is ok after that seat feels hot 🥵 also feels like sweat… Most important things is that you hate it but you can’t return it.

I have received the chair last week, its a very good chair, very comfortable & convenient easy to install, especially massage function is quite good, best gaming chair i have ever seen. I recommend to buy this chair.
