Overall the quality of the chair is great. The installation was slightly complicated but can be done.
The chair feels and looks great and the only issue is that, it is slightly on the shorter side and the advertised 180 degree recline mode( sleep mode) is not working as of now( they have said that they will look into this issue). Also, the arm rests are not height adjustable.
Overall, great product for the price. It looks amazing and feel relatively good! I’m satisfied.

The chair i bought originally had a dent on the armrest cushion and had to exchange it, and received this one in it’s stead, idk whether the package was opened or not, it’s all fine except for the fact that it was dirty, although it did have the plastic around it so I’m clueless how it got dirty. Once cleaned it looks pretty ok but it still does have a minor dent, again returning and buying another one would be a hassle so I decided to keep it, but that said, I’m not satisfied.
I sprayed it with disinfectant just in case and whoever buys it, I would suggest you to do the same
