Comfortable chair but disappointed with the quality. The chair is very comfortable to sit in, and the design is great for long gaming sessions. However, I noticed a hole in the material above the right-hand bar when I opened the cover for the seat back, after assembling most of the other parts. Returning it wasn’t easy at that point, which was quite frustrating. I expected better durability and quality checks. Hopefully, this is just a one-off issue, but future buyers should inspect all parts thoroughly before assembly.

Chair looks and feels great but came in damaged. Pretty large tear on the chair back. Quality product but sadly completely mishandled during shipping. Forgot to take a picture of the packaging but there was a massive hole in the box where it looked like it got dropped or shoved into something. Sad about the tear but the product is good.

This chair is very comfortable and the customer service is excellent. It can tilt in many ways and sometimes, I can just lie and rest in my chair while working，The style is also very nice. the instructions are really simple took me 18minutes to build maybe even less time with 2 people , it doesn’t squeak when I turn which happens a lot with my other chairs, I can adjust the height with ease
