It was horrendous experience with the seller. I ordered a blue chair on 9th feb, it takes a long time and finally arrives on 14th Feb. Then i notice it’s Black. No harm just need to get it replaced by seller. This is where the whole fiasco started. They are really bad at damage control. I was assured all time (i have it recorded) that they will replace it but in the end on the 22nd Feb they just pick it up and Amazon forced seller for a refund. No call no info about replacement. Wasted more than 15 days for just a refund. The product also looks a little low on quality than the photos. I won’t recommend this chair to anyone until they fix themselves.

The chair itself is very hard. I may as well be sitting on a wooden chair. And the arms are already feeling dented with less than 6 hours of use. The massage function is less than a gimmick.

La chaise est super confortable et ajustable dans n’importe quelle position. Le mode massage n’est pas dérangeant, on entend les vibrations mais c’est normal vu qu’il est insérer dans un petit coussin mais fonctionne très bien. Facile à monter et très rapide. Je conseille vraiment cette chaise.

It came with detailed a instruction manual on how to set it up, it’s super easy, took me about an hour to set up the chair, didn’t need any extra help. There are also videos available on YouTube in case you get confused.
The quality and comfort is top notch. The material is easily cleanable and doesn’t require too much effort to maintain it. The footrest is great for anyone whose height is between 5 ft to 5.6ft. the headrest and lumbar support are adjustable according to your seating position.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. No defects, nothing that requires returns. I was also in two minds about buying it but once I assembled it I was completely blown away!
Brilliant product, in the perfect price range as well. Go for it!!

Alright, so here is my initial review thus far.
Took roughly 1 hrs 20 minutes from unboxing to assembly. All pieces (screws and tools) are included. There are even extra screws in case some are missing.
Components seem to be sturdy/hefty and decent quality.
There was a weird stain on the chair, but it’s cosmetic and not a huge issue. Plus, it’s hidden by the lumbar support.
Assembly guide is very detailed. Look over before assembly.
This can be assembled with one person, but 2 people could speed things up.
The hardest part of the assembly was connecting the back to the base, and the arm rests. This is where having 2 people can be handy.
As reviews stated, the arm rests have to be perfectly aligned. Otherwise, the arm rests will wobble.
Additionally, I did have a screw that did not want to fully go in when working on the arm rests. I had to switch it out with a different screw and placed the old screw it in a separate hole for the process, and it went in just fine.
After assembly was finished, I tried it out and can say the chair is quite comfy. Reclines easily, and if you don’t want it to recline, you can lock it into place.
Overall, it’s a good budget gaming chair.

Packaging and delivery – 5 Stars. Received the order 15 days ahead of schedule.
Assembly – 5 stars. Took about half an hour and the instructions were clear and all the necessary tools were provided in the box
Look and feel – 5 stars. Looks premium. We got the black one and it looks awesome. I had seen some other similar chairs, where the bolts we visible or the gaping was uneven – none of it here. The fit and finish was excellent. The build quality is great and very sturdy – looks like it will last a while.
Useability – 4 stars. Very suitable for both work, play and relaxation.
The height of the seat is adequate recaching the work desk for comfortable working.
The recline is good, would have like a bit more, but sine i don’t normally recline to sleep, it is adequate.
The cushioning is very good, the massager is weak, but that was expected.
Would have loved to give it a full 5 star, but the feet rest is a bit short. It is good for a short person, say 5’4″, but for a normal person like me at 5’7″ the foot rest reaches just below my knee. Another couple of inches longer frame would have made it impeccable.
