I recently purchased this gaming chair from Amazon, and I’m very happy with the product itself. The chair is sturdy, comfortable, and well-designed for long gaming or work sessions. The cushioning is thick and supportive, the ergonomic design provides great lumbar support, and the adjustable armrests and reclining feature make it even better. The materials feel premium, and the chair rolls smoothly on the wheels without any issues.
However, the third-party installation service was extremely disappointing. The technician never showed up, and there was no proper communication or update from their side. I ended up assembling the chair myself, which was manageable thanks to the clear instructions, but I expected better service, especially when an installation option was provided.
Overall, the chair itself is fantastic and worth the purchase, but don’t rely on the installation service. Be prepared to set it up yourself.

This is a long term review, as the seat started showing signs of wear and tear within 2 years and then became non-usable in about 2.5 years. I have Green Soul Beast Racing of same vintage (slightly older) which is holding up much better. The replacement seat doesn’t come cheap, at Rs. 4,119. I am skeptical about replacing seat which costs approximately 1/4th of what I paid for the chair and lasted only for 2 good years.

I loved the assembly part most.
I spent literally half an hour to assemble whole chair and it was fun.
It is comfortable chair and i felt it is worthy.
There was one problem i faced, seat length…
I felt it is short from front side because i can’t even fold my leg and sit on chair like i sit on flat floor and it was because of coutions they provided.
Without them i felt more comfortable.
So, usually I don’t use it.
If there would be size options in this perticular chair… That would be great.

I have been using this product for a month so far. Since I have WFH and do casual gaming, it consumes a good chunk of my day sitting on the chair. Purchasing this product was worth the money. The seating is comfortable and you can even sleep or take short naps on it as it’s quite sturdy even if you tilt the seat up to 180 degrees.
The chair is ergonomic and the components seem sturdy and solid so far, the cushion provided both for the back and headrest provides an ample amount of support. It’s been a good journey so far using this chair
