The manufacturer has significantly improved this chair! Initially, I was disappointed with the build quality, especially the legs, which were weak and broke within a month of use. However, they have now replaced it with much stronger legs, completely transforming the product.
The chair not only looks good but is now highly durable and sturdy. The faux leather finish feels premium, and the overall build quality is exceptional. I weigh less than 80kg, and this upgraded version has been holding up perfectly.
This is now a 5/5 product, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Kudos to the company for listening to feedback and making these improvements!

A comfortable chair and has good cushioning, although it has some cons too.
I am a developer and casual gamer, I am 6 feet tall and had back pain,
1. The headrest is not comfortable to support my neck, it has hard cushioning.
2. It supports my back well, I usually spend 10-12 hrs on the chair, and it’s quite comfortable.
3. The base of the chair which supports thighs is not well designed or not has proper cushioning it hurts on thighs,
4. The height of this chair is good, arms rest are also good but it could be more comfortable there are bit far to rest both hands. It would be great if they could provide a 3d armrest at 16k then this chair would be best in the segment.
The overall chair is good. Shipment was fast. The packaging was good. It was easy to assemble, 2 person are needed to assemble the chair.

The arm rest should have more height but for my height it is just adequate enough 4/5.
Overall seems a very good product. The packaging was very good during delivery.

Edit1: no issue with the quality of the material used in the chair.
Edit2: After 1 year of use, the cushion of the armrest started tearing off in bits and pieces, the straps of the lumbar and headrest cushion are very loose now, the leather started peeling in one or two spots, but nothing ugly. The chair is still great to use.

The chair is amazing, i love it, i think everyone should have one of these not just gaming people, extremely comfortable adjustable, cool features, i ordered it due to my sciatica, piriformis nerve damage that i recently did to myself due to my old broken chair, the assembly is not simple but my brother helped me, i wishes there would be some simple clear , good video on the internet for assembling, regarding the head cushion i feel it can be slightly higher height for comfort cause it feels low but i am not sure i maybe tall
, over all i love the chair helps me with sitting comfortably or my recently injury causes excruciating pain, so thank you very much

Ordered in a weak moment desperately looking for a comfortable WFH high back chair. Didn’t exactly know what a gaming chair was :-). The chair looks sturdy and strong and it took me about 30 min to assemble. The packaging was elaborate and a completely knocked down kit along with an instruction sheet and screws, washers and nuts, neatly sealed, arrived a day late. Have been using it for 48 hours now.. Fits the purpose. The belt for the lower back and the neck cushions looks a little downmarket – wish they could have used a push button mechanism instead. But overall – great style, great comfort.

I was looking for a comfortable chair for my home workstation and couldn’t have been happier with the purchase. It’s extremely comfortable, reclines back all the way seamlessly, wide enough to sit with your legs folded when you want to etc. All in all it’s a good investment if you’re looking for a worthy office/gaming chair.
Only one minor suggestion to the manufacturer: a more detailed manual or instructions for the assembly would be really helpful for the buyers. I took around 2-3 hours to assemble the chair. but it’s been almost a month now since the time I received it and no complaints from me yet!

Worst chair. Quality is worst. And sent me incorrect parts with wrong installation guide. Handrest has 2 holes to be fitted and RUSTED base has incorrect 5 openings for fitting. When you call cellbell receptionist acting like the CEO of this company with no help. No body responds on WhatsApp chat and they are master at disconnecting your calls. This is why I have trust issues with Indian companies. Even if we try to support then they show their true colors. Simply do not buy because if this is their support when you just bought the product, imagine during their so called 3 year warranty
