The product is really good, easy to assemble with manual in it, very comfortable while you work. I am using it for the past week and seems good so far.
Even if you are prime member you wont get this product quickly which I experienced personally. They have given all the screws, bolts, allen key and some spare items too. But the rubber kind of washer which is for the foot rest is damanged and for that you only have 1 spare which I felt is not good. Either the item could have been proper or the spare could have been additional. I gave this feedback to the vendor but NO response. Not sure how good they will provide the customer support.
