Delivery agent delivered but it took one hour to assembly of chair and delivery agent just delivered and ran like rat ran from cat and do not assemble and do not cooperate in assembly of new product otherwise product is excellence and can raise height with some hydrolic pressure rod from market according to needs and height can be raised

I’d recommend you to go for this product. It’s super comfortable and looks fantastic. It took me 2 hours to assemble but worth it. Amazing product. Would rate 5/5. Would also urge you to buy brown colour coz it looks different in pic and in reality it’s super somkey.

Easy to assemble. Took 20 mins. Super comfortable, the lumbar support is great and I love the footrest. Stylish chair with great color selections (I got beige and black) would definitely recommend. Doesn’t feel cheap like some might. Only thing I can say is I wish the armrests went up a bit more, and moved forward and backward instead of just up/down and tilt left/right. But that’s minor, just personal preference.

Der Stuhl kam kurz nachdem ich ihn bestellt hatte. Er sollte meinen alten Bürostuhl ersetzen, den ich schon etwas länger abgenutzt hatte.
Der Aufbau hat für mich alleine ca. 45 min gedauert. Mit Verstärkung ist man bestimmt unter 30min fertig.
Der Sitz, sowie die Lenden- und Nackenstütze sind sehr bequem und lassen unterschiedliche, Rückenschonende Sitzhaltungen zu. Die unterschiedlichen Einstellungen, die mit dem Stuhl möglich sind machen auch verschiedene Sitzhaltungen möglich. So kann man sich entspannt zurück lehnen und trotzdem auf den Bildschirm schauen. Oder man sitzt komplett gerade und konzentriert am Schreibtisch zum tippen/schreiben.
Den Stuhl hab ich jetzt seit ca. 4 Monaten und hab keine auftretenden Probleme gehabt.
Für den Preis ein sehr guter und bequemer Stuhl.

It was my first time ever getting a gaming chair and it was money well spent.
I was worried with how the package was going to arrive (specially since I lived 2000+ kilometers from where it was dispatched) but the packaging was really solid.
My experience first time using it:
I game for long hours during weekends and do some of my video editing hobby stuff. So roughly, I spend around 10 hours sitting in one place with occasional washroom breaks. And oh boy, my back thanked me for getting this chair! My back and my body didn’t ache at all.
Ofcourse, your body will stiffen up staying stationary in one postion but streching and other things don’t really count here. Said that, the leg-rest is really good. You can recline the chair and pull out the leg-rest and get some of your own streches.
The memory foam back support pillow is really the game changer for me.
Experience with assembly:
The package came with all the necessary tools, extra bolts, screws, rubber stoppers, etc and even a pair of gloves so that you don’t injure your hands while assembling the chair. This is specially true because this chair is heavy. Quite heavy.
I managed to assemble it on my own in under an-hour-and-a-half and it wasn’t bad but it would definitely make it a alot easier if there were two people for it.
The main challenge was (for assembling the chair solo) to fit the height adjuster and the arm rests while the main body of the chair was upside-down. (Yes, greater part of the assembly really needs you to work on the chair upside-down.)
Otherwise, the assembly was really simple and clear. Some maynot like the manual because it has really small printed letters on a black background.
You will know why the chair is so heavy as majority of the frame is made out of metal and thick plastic.
Overall, I had a ton of fun assembling the chair and really satisfied for using it for the first time.
If I can, I will update this post over the next few months to give my review after extensive use of the chair.

Après un an d’utilisation quotidienne au bureau d’ordinateur j’apprécie le confort général du fauteuil, le côté pratique des accoudoirs orientables, le plus de l’appui nuque et du coussin lombaire (il manque simplement une fixation de ce dernier). Bonne qualité d’ensemble et facilité pour passer à la position allongée.

I bought this chair to replace a love-seat in my travel trailer. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and use it every day for a least a couple of hours.
5 stars – SHIPPING: It arrived before I expected and in perfect condition.
4.9 stars ASSEMBLY:
The instructions are very difficult to read. I have decent eyesight but the very fine print in red ink over a blackish background was just a poor choice and it really slowed the process for me. I had to use the camera on my phone to zoom in on a great deal of the instructions.
This chair is heavy and that is a good thing! I would recommend that smaller individuals or anybody with back, knee, shoulder issues etc, have someone help with assembly. It will require flipping over and you will find it easier if you have something of sufficient hight to rest it on during the process. The bolts came pre-installed on my chair which made assembly fairly intuitive. Assembly is by no means intimidating for this chair.

Pros:
Sturdy. this chair is no joke.
Comfortable. Comfort is a subjective experience but I’ve had no issues. I do not use the included backrest.
It definitely reclines 180 degrees.
Con-“ish”s:
No fine-point control for recline.
Foot rest extension length was an issue for me. I am 6ft tall, 185lbs and my legs extended well beyond the foot rest. For me the foot rest was almost a lower calf rest. I modified the extension bars and now I have no issues. The bars that come with the chair are actually hollow, at least mine are. Now, I’m not recommending you do what I did but here’s what I did: I bought a 1/2″ thread tapping wrench and two 1/2″ threaded steel bolts (10.5″ long, you can find them longer) from a local hardware store. I popped the caps off of the supplied bars, threaded them, then connected the bolts accordingly. Works perfect for me. The thread tapping wrench, cost $15 bucks, the bolts… I don’t remember how much but it wasn’t expensive . I would watch some YouTube vids on using a thread tapping wrench before trying if you’ve never done it before. If you have arthritis, as I do, it may be difficult.
Like I said, I bought this chair for use in a small space. I wanted something comfortable and sturdy. This chair has for the most part exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it.

Ya llevo mas de un año de uso de la silla y te lo recomiendo! es de buena calidad y de material resistente. Vale la pena la inversion. Muy comoda. El unico detalle es que cuando levantes por completo la silla (para limpiar el suelo, si lo haces asi) en ocasiones se suelta una de las patitias, pero se coloca de nuevo y solucionado.

This item is comfortable at this price range, I don’t know about other manufacturers but this product satisfies my sitting experience. Even you could sleep like 1 hour without feeling any pain in back or neck.
Assembly – it took about 30 minutes.
Chair movement is smooth and less noisy. Also pivoting from center is smooth too.
Hand resting arms are also comfortable.
Overall this chair is affordable and comfortable.
