Was bit sceptical since there were no reviews or ratings at the time of ordering it but it turns out good. The product colour is mat finish and matches with the product image. No issues as of now. I liked the fact that this provides ample space between two points which is not the case with most of the extension boards. Other features are as usual along with covered points for child safety and 2 years of warranty. Only time can tell about the longevity of the product.
Update: After almost 6 month the usb adapters stopped working. Also the power and surge protector light doesn’t turn on. I called the customer care. You have to physically visit the service center or you have to pay 350 plus tax if you want in home service. Be mindful that very limited service center is available and almost half of the product price you have to pay just to get to product repaired which is under warranty. So 3 years warranty is just a gimmick and only useful to those who lives near to a artis service center.

The product just stopped working after few months. The surge protector LED is off (or sometimes comes on), power LED keeps fluctuating. The RESET button does not make any difference. Our internal power supply comes through an Inverter which already handles surge protection. So there is no reason this must have died; we have other utilities connected to a simple power strip and they have been fine for years now. Just a bad quality product which looks good.
