This is a product that will not work due to the fact the optical end is fine but their is no option for the other end. You need a digital audio converter and different cables. This is a waste of funds due to the fact it is unusable.

I was pleased with the thickness of the cable and jacket, the connectors have a solid feel to them but more plastic than a comparable Fospower cable I have on another system; this cable is more favorably priced, however.
No issues with the performance and I appreciate that it came with a hook and loop cable tie.
I consider this an easy item to recommend.
