The media could not be loaded.
 I previously got the Blaupunkt SBW600 for 20k but there were some issues with it – dialogue was low, bass was too high, some other minor inconveniences (see my full review on it on my profile). Then I wanted a replacement for that and landed on this one. I saw Vineeth Malhotra’s review of this on YouTube and the guy seemed like he knew what he was talking about. So went for this. And I’m so glad I did!
First off, the experience of watching movies on this is perfect. There’s no need to fiddle with the volume to lower the volume during action scenes and increase it during dialogue. Everything is balanced. I did feel like the bass was better on the Blaupunkt because it has an 8″ driver on the subwoofer and it is also an active subwoofer, unlike here, which is a passive subwoofer. I’d say that’s the only downside.
There are a plenty of small nice things this product comes with that I really appreciate:- 1. It comes with the HDMI 2.1 cable, batteries for the remote. A nice touch! 2. Wall mounting brackets for everything is included. 3. The rear speakers have a button at the bottom of the main unit which allows you to switch L/R on the rear units so that you can place these speakers either ways, whichever works out for your situation so that you can have the main unit closest to where the power outlet is. Such a well thought out feature! I had such a hassle with this on the Blaupunkt. I had to connect a power strip on the other end and then pull it to the main unit which came on the left. 4. The remote, which it looks kinda ugly, it has a lot of nice features that I actually would use. It has separate volume controls for the central channels and surround channels and subwoofer. And also has a dedicated display button that lets you turn off the light on the soundbar whenever we wish. This is such a nice feature! 5. Looks solid and awesome!
And Dolby Atmos actually works! You can see in the attached video here that I’ve got Dolby Atmos on certified movies on Netflix. I did have to ensure certain things to make sure it worked though:- 1. First make sure that you’ve connected it via EARC. Your TV should have a dedicated eARC HDMI port and should be Dolby Atmos certified. 2. Once it is connected you still may not see the option. You’ll have to ensure certain settings on the TV. 3. First make sure that the sound output is through the soundbar and not the TV speakers. 4. (These settings may differ with the TV, I’m listing these steps as seen on my LG C1 65″ TV) Next go to the sound settings and go to Advanced settings and ensure these following settings (See screenshot):- a. eARC support – Turned on b. Digital Sound Output – Pass Through
I couldn’t get the Atmos certification on Netflix until I turned on the Digital Sound Output to Pass Through.
I just got this yesterday and am satisfied so far. Will update this review if anything changes.

The sound bar when connected, has very frequent latency and Bluetooth option is not visible. It is not accessible by the other devices. The paid technician, had come for 15mintues precisely, and connected the wires, mentioning his job was done. We asked the paid technician, who came for installation to do the basic checks, so he can confirm us on the product quality. We had observed that there was 1. huge latency in the sound bar, loosing out the sound for every 30-40 seconds, 2. we connected the rear speakers ( we asked him to connect at the rear side of the room, with the clamps provided in the product, the technician ultimately didn’t, just connected to the power supply and said that the only thing he could do, rest should be done by the electrician), which were barely audible, 3. we tried connecting the speaker to through Bluetooth to understand the latency issue, Bluetooth option is not accessible, the device is not appearing any of the devices even aftee multiple restarts. 4. The technician told ( addressing the point 1) that the cable provided by the manufacturer is not compatible for Mi TVs and Samsung Frame TVs, and should be bought separately to avoid the sound latency.
Now that we received (assuming as defective) defective piece, we asked the technician to mention the same with his higher officials in documented format ( send a note through Amazon app adding all the issues in comments) so we can take it forward for return process. He was very furious and started yelling at us that we are consuming his time where he is expected to spend only 10-15 minutes for the connection. We constantly tried explaining on technician’s acknowledgement importance since it was damaged product, it was actually out of scope for technician as well, which he was not ready to hear out, he spoke very rude and was leaving without proper setup. We had to beg him to pack the product back as he himself had unpacked the product after delivery. This was such a unfortunate incident that we had to face. Believing Amazon services, we went for paid installation services available on the platform which was one another worst decision. Amazon should focus on the aspect of these paid services that they are providing, when we pay certain amount alone for installation, they should send someone who is professional and sensible at their work and, not someone who shouts and speak rude without doing their job properly.
