Received faulty. No help from Zebronics as they say come to service center with the item.Amazon also is not helpful. Please do not buy this product as it has a very poor sound quality. The reviews given are for 9800 or higher.No return policy by Amazon unless service center certifies so to avoid running pillar to post avoid purchasing electronic products from Amazon as they endorse the poor quality products also.

Product is perfect for medium room around 300 – 400 sq ft, sound is mind blowing with adjustable baas n treble… Inbuilt subwoofer performance is good. Only 1 negetive thing is – it’s output sound over 82 – 85 % not satisfied…. Otherwise in one word.. Just perfect in this discounted & reasonable price…. Very balanced sound output bass and treble are very clear . In my video bass is not recorded perfectly but bass is good. Connect with HDMI arc is far better than Bluetooth. Over all very good sound bar. We enjoy music throughout day without headache

The audio is clear, crisp, and the bass has a satisfying thump that adds depth to my music.However, I did encounter a minor issue that led me to rate this product 4 stars. The Bluetooth range seems to be a bit limited, which can be a bit frustrating when I’m trying to enjoy my music from a distance. I noticed that if I move too far away from the system, the connection can become unstable and sometimes even drop. Product sound quality is very good. Quite bulky.
One big drawback of this if you are using it for a TV is. Every time you have to switch on this sound bar separately when you want to use it for TV. Whereas other products like JBL , when paired once , it automatically switch on along with the TV which makes a lot more convenient. This speaker lacks that one. Otherwise it’s a very good product when it comes to sound quality
