Update: Sennheiser (Sonova) provided a replacement mic free-of-cost. So changing from 1 star to 4 stars.
The calibration microphone for the soundbar is very delicate and can be damaged with ease. Replacement microphones from Sennheiser come at a steep price of 9k. Furthermore, the 2.5mm pin and jack seem vulnerable to wear and tear. It’s worth noting that Sennheiser might classify such issues as physical damage, thereby excluding them from the warranty. This could force users to purchase a new microphone. In my perspective, the separate mic calibration approach has significant room for design improvement. Overall, thoroughly disappointed with Sennheiser and the support provided in India.

Trotz fast leeren Raum ergibt sich nicht das vielgepriesene Surroundverfahren. Bass wirklich zu schwach für so eine riesige Kiste. Dennoch ein schöner Klang. Habe mich entschieden, es zu behalten, da ich die Installation unter dwr Leinwand nicht rückgängig machen wollte. Bin aber davon überzeugt, mit mehreren Lautsprechern einen besseren Surroundeffekt herstellen zu können Unbedingt probehören!

Que dire sur ce produit…. Je découvre le son exceptionnel de cette barre que j’avais découvert par l’intermédiaire de mon journal “LES ANNEES LASER” un produit d’exception. Le son de mes cd, dvd, bluray et bluray 4k une claque à chaque instant. C’est très simple, depuis que j’ai “MA BETE”, je ne plus rien écouter sans penser à elle. J’en suis amoureux, tout simplement. Et petit rappel, lancée à 2500 euros, achetée à 2000 euros, 500 euros de moins, j’ai plongé. Bref, je l’aime. Je t’aime ma barre de son SENNHEISER AMBEO MAX.
