We wanted to jack up the volume of our TV and add a little thump to the music at home – this speaker does both seamlessly. It stays connected to power, goes into sleep after a duration of no activity and comes back online when you connect it back to your phone, tablet or laptop.
We did not use the HDMI-ARC cable to connect our TV (since its an old TCL), but it connects to the Amazon FireStick’s bluetooth feature. You can override another device and start playing from a different, previously paired device.
Wouldn’t need to brag about Bose’s sound quality though. Everyone who uses or has used a Bose would know this. The inbuilt bass module does a great job, although they sell another separate Bass Unit if you want more thump (clearly for home, we didn’t need it).
The “Dialogue” mode is amazing! Put it on when watching a movie and you can’t miss even a whisper! The speaker is a excellent on low volumes as well – mid tones are crystal clear! During a music playback, the beats are beautiful. The highs and the lows are very crisp.
This is a great product to have at home for your TV or just like a fixed bluetooth speaker.

If you love bass then this is not for you. But if you prefer quality sound over bass then its the best you can get at this price specially from bose.
I can’t say its value for money, because in other brands at this price range you can even grt solvy atmos sound.
But they can’t beat the sound clarity of BOSE.

You just know which one you should choose.
If uou don’t believe me,
Try it for yourself at any Electronic store who has bose speakers for demo, like Croma or Reliance digital etc.

We don’t have to compare the price of the product with the US market, it’s almost the same. If you are BOSE brand fan like me, you can purchase and be a part of BOSE family 🙂
This is a nice upgrade to your TV’s built-in speakers where space and budget are the main concerns.

Bit Pricy.
No Buttons (at least ON/OFF) on the device.
Not for Music (due to lack of subwoofer).
Not good at handling the sounds at higher volumes.
Note:
Dialogue enhancer doesn’t work well with Bluetooth.
The size of the room matters a lot. It suits small rooms.
This is just a replacement for your TV Speakers, so don’t expect too much from this compact soundbar.

better and clear sound with balanced sounds without any headache.This product is best for old tvs or any tvs whose have a problem of low dialogue sound and high background sound, this speaker balances and fix this which is better to hear.

The advantage of Bose TV Soundbar is that it is sleek, does not come with a separate bass despite which it provides decent output and clarity of speech. Blutooth connectivity is also easy with excellent sound quality. Overall a simple to connect with great performance device.

The sound enhancement of the TV audio with this speaker is tremendous! It’s an audio exoeri nce at a much superior level.
The speaker works with an Amazon firestick in one of the HDMI ports. It also works with any DVD player connected through the Aux port of the speaker / the TV analog inputs (red,white and yellow cables).
I wish to highlight an issue which, if resolved, could make the integrated operation of the speaker seamless….the issue is as follows:-
There is a provision to automatically switch the speaker ON / OFF using the TV remote. Ones this feature is activated, the speaker comes into play each time the TV power is ON/OFF. However, if the TV is switched off when the firestick / DVD player has been played, then the speaker does not come on automatically the next time the Tab is switched ON! It has to be switched ON using its own remote and configured with the TV again! This, though not difficult, is an irritant!
The product is, perhaps, configured as a TV speaker. Other devices have not been given priority for integrated operation.
