Seeing the price this bud is very good, I got momentum 3 also, those are of course premium but these buds are too good in sound quality and noise cancellation. If you get it below 10, go for it without thinking. They are quite loud also. I got special edition which feels premium from looks functionality wise they are same like other cx plus. One issue I noticed – It doesn’t retain noise cancellation settings, it automatically turns off when I next time use it from charging case, I have to on it manually from app. Noise cancellation works really good. I have written to Sennheiser asking this weird behavior but it should be fixable in firmware. Sennheiser responded that this is correct behavior as designed. Amazon replaced my earbuds thinking they are defective due to this but this problem persist in new one also, looks like a software bug easy to fix.

The headphones is a decent product. The sound is good but the ANC is not really that strong. The touch on the headphones are activated even with shoulder clothing which is annoying if you exercise.
Regardless of all of that, three months after I bought this product, the right ear bud stopped working. It doesn’t charge at all even though the case and left earbuds charge fine. When I called the support they never are available to answer the calls. I emailed them and there is no response for over a week.

Review after 2 month usage.
Sound quality is par with best TWS in market. Mids are good with soft terbile.
Bass : Just perfect for long hours and watching movies. You can turn on boost for music from app if you need more punch.
Comfort : After few hours of usage I got used to it and never felt I was wearing TWS. Weight is quiet low and extraordinary comfort once I changed ear plugs to suite my ear.
Calls : Calls are decent and mic quality is good for indoor and enough ENC for outdoor. Shouldn’t be a problem for Skype calls and teams calls. I am using it for teams calls for straight 3 hours a day and never felt lack of quality in mic or comfort.
Battery : Good for one day 5 hours without ANC and about 4 hours with ANC. If you are travelling then 15 mins charge through case should give about 2 hours of playtime without ANC.
Case : Little bit bulky for my liking and also compared to competition. Doesn’t have wireless charging which is fine for me as I don’t prefer it and don’t want to spend extra money on it anyway. They probably cut cost on wireless charging and concentrated on overall quality of drivers I guess.
ANC : ANC is ok, but major difference between CX and CX plus is ANC so it should be better than what it is now.
APP : App is very useful. Even though you cannot connect to 2 devices parllely the app gives you quick togle switch between devices. It takes 2 sec for me to switch between my work laptop and phone. Equaliser are very useful and overall app quality is excellent.
Please buy external cover for case as it may take lot of scratches while in pocket.

– Sound Sennheiser-typisch gut, teilweise sind Höhen etwas überbetont allerdings gut konfigurierbar – Mit jeweils voller Ladung des Case sowie der Kopfhörer waren bei hoher Lautstärke mindestens 8-12 Stunden Hörzeit möglich – Smart Control-App leider für einige Features mit Registrierungszwang, allerdings sehr gut sturkturiert – besonders gefallen mir die anpassbaren Gesten sowie die Smart Sound-EQ-Preseterstellung – Mikrofone liefern ausreichende Lautstärke für Anrufe, Klangqualität in Telefonaten ist ebenfalls gut – Noise-Cancelling wirkt trotz passender Ohrpolster bei geringer Lautstärke nur mäßig
Jedoch ein wichtiger Punkt zum Abschluss: Nach ca. 9 Monaten ist ein Kopfhörer ausgefallen. Dies darf eigentlich nicht passieren, doch muss ich an dieser Stelle den Support mehr als ausgiebig loben – nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde sofort ein RMA- sowie Paketlabel zugeschickt und beide Kopfhörer mitsamt Case ohne Umschweife nach ca. 8 Werktagen ausgetauscht. Der Ausfall war zwar ärgerlich, allerdings habe ich bisher keinen so unkomplizierten und schnellen Hersteller-Support erleben dürfen.
Fazit: Gute Earbuds, grandioser Support. Kommen klanglich zwar nicht ganz an z.B. AirPods Pro ran, dennoch absolute Empfehlung.

Très mitigé sur ce produit. Je les ai acheté pour la course mais je ne suis pas séduit par leur maintien dans l’oreille. D’un autre côté, pour les transports ou le travail, plus calme donc, ils seraient top. Sauf que dans ce genre de situation où je ne transpire pas, je préfère utiliser un casque sans fil que des écouteurs, le son est bien meilleur. Concrètement, ils n’excellent en rien mais ne sont pas mauvais pour leur prix.

If you are the one’s who likes Boat, Noise and cheaper Earbuds boomy bass and messed up clarity, then this is not for you (definitely not). I saw someone comparing them to 2k waala Oppo buds. Let me tell you that person doens’t know anything about clarity and quality heads down. I have already used Realme Buds air 3, OP Z2, Opp enco Air 2 Pro, Jabra Elite 65T and 75T, Bunch of Sony, JBL and also Beats (worst in my POV). All I can say is CX plus SE exceeded my expectations the clarity is soo damn good with ample amount of push (bass) and the lovely open soundstage is just amazing. One example I can give you is listening to suzume no tojimari (Anime) yes I love them. The point is the start of that song is like a pushed vocal breathe, like how you exhale. And many many earbuds add extensive bass to it which makes it very unnatural (try with your exciting buds) but CX Plus SE was a different story these gave me the experience I needed and man I was just smiling and got emotional with joy I luckily found the sound quality I needed the other earbuds which passed the test were Oppo Enco X2 and I wanted to go with Oppo before but as I don’t use and Oppo device I knew some functions won’t work and I was wondering what will be the alternative and non of my friends had CX or any Sennheiser earbuds to be precise. When I just saw them on sale I was wondering I’m getting a pair of Sennheiser under 7k which is insane I knew they were expensive as I saw one in Croma long time back priced 13999/- and this was the SE version (Basically same but with alluminium finish and better ANC chip). So I took to risk (belief in brand name) and it doesn’t let me down and I was all amazed how good they sounded trust me I compared with many other earbuds pricing upto 15-16k other than Op Enco X2 none was able to beat it or stay neck to neck. So if you care about audio quality and want to experience what actually is an audiophile grade? Try these… but in sale only. Let me give you some tips and advice. -Check if your phone supports Aptx HD or Aptx Adaptive (new technology) which my Iqoo 9T has. This will effect the sound quality a lot way many people don’t see things and just judge on half baked info I’m not saying of your phone doens’t have Aptx and you are only able to listen to AAC will make them sound bad. No but having Aptx will make the experience a level up. -If you want to use them to take calls. You can buy you have to keep your phone a bit closer to be heard more properly (these are not stem design) but still they pick up voice quite well. I often attend my Teams meeting with then don’t know why some has trashed it for calls. -If you want to use if for gaming (not the strength) then you must have Aptx Adaptive otherwise the lag is truly visible and sometimes unplayable with heavy high octane games let’s say Free fire. If your phone doens’t have Aptx Adaptive then forget shooting games. -The connectivity is strong no issues here. -The app support is soo nice the UI/UX is very well incorporated and works smooth. -Anc and Transparent mode works really well idk why some people are complaining about them both works really good and they are better than any earbuds available around 6-8k bracket with ANC. -Build quality is dope anb will make you smile looking at them however the case isn’t that impressive. I really wished they made it oval just like what oppo did. They aee little chunky and have little extra weight (alluminium construction) but they fir really well however my day 1 and 2 went with pain in about an hour but after 2 days I found them very comfortable and using for more then 2 months now I did not experience any fatigue. One bonus tip if you need to hear them best follow my settings in app and save it as a preset. Bass – 3.0db Mid – 3.0db Treble – 6.0 db This will make quite a difference. So that was my honest and detailed review. Please ignore some unqualified reviews who thinks (bhoom bhoom) is the sound quality just like some people judge a motorcycle by its exhaust note but not by the riding comfort and body to weight power ratio. If you get a chance to try them do try and then buy as I believe they can’t be returned and only exchanged. I know this is really long long review but I wrote it in detail so someone who really want to buy them should know and understand the product and not being fooled by some comments made by immatured lads.
