IN THE ANDROID APP: HUGE LAG WITH VIDEO AND VIDEO FREEZES 10 OUT OF 10 TIMES, AUDIO GOES THROUGH IF YOU’RE LUCKY!
IN THE iOS APP: THE APP DOES NOT RESPOND UNLESS ALREADY OPENED AND MINIMIZED, MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, ONE NEEDS TO RESTART THE APP. VIDEO AND AUDIO LAG ARE AS BAD AS IT IS IN THE ANDROID VERSION, INFACT IT IS A FEW SHADES WORSE!

An excellent system for any type of house. The system appears to be complicated initially. However I was able to install it on my own with little assistance from instructional videos on YouTube. Performance of the system has also been up to the mark.

This has been the most horrifying buy… Firstly soon after I bought this product, lockdown happened… Once Panasonic started their operation we got in touch with their service Center for installation around aug-September 2020, which is when we figured that the installation bracket is missing with other parts… once we procured it’s part from somewhere the installation team installed it and noticed that the door phone is defective and the mother board is gone… Basically he sold a defective product… DO not trust this seller, he is absolutely unreliable and cheats in the pretence of a discounted rate…. I am still struggling to get the product repaired… It’s lying at the service Center…

A must have for all.. Very happy with the performance. Don’t have to bell my house to gain entry.. And disturb all… Can open from my phone.. Best part when someone comes. I just talk to him and open from my phone without having to physically go to the main door system

Lovely bright pics, great resolution. Two weeks works well. Have installed it on my iPhone .have connected it to the door unit for remote opening . WOrks wel. Installation cost me three grands (=plus 1500) including wire fixing charges (securing the electric lock).

Pros:
1. Software Setup is perfect including wifi setup
2. Mobile APP is great and can view and open door from anywhere. MUST have feature
3. Quality of picture is great day and night.
4. Camera angle view is also wide
Cons:
1. Too many parts such as power supply for door phone is separate and for such a big unit power supply should be part of it
2. Separate power supply required for relay. This does not make sense and manufacturer should have included both main and relay power supply in main unit. This creates too many wires going from one place to another. At one time i was quite annoyed but finally after everything connected it works like a charm. BUT IF YOU ARE NOT TECHNICAL THEN IT IS TOO MUCH WORK.
3. I HAD TO PURCHASE A SEPERATE MCB PANEL TO HOUSE SO MANY PARTS OF THIS DOOR PHONE.
