I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ from this seller Appario on Amazon, and I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service experience.
**Product Issue:**
The tablet developed a major flaw within a few weeks of use. Half of the screen has gone completely dead, making the device practically unusable. This is clearly a significant defect, and it’s unacceptable for a brand-new product.
**Customer Service Struggle:**
Trying to resolve this issue has been a nightmare. I reached out to the seller’s customer care multiple times, but getting a response has been incredibly difficult. When I finally managed to get through, the support was unhelpful and unresponsive, leaving me without a solution to the problem.
As a customer, I expect better quality products and more efficient customer service, especially when dealing with significant issues like this. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision and encourages the seller to improve their product quality and customer support.
