Light Weight, No power needed (powered through USB). Lot of features in the settings to customize the scanned documents. Really liked rotate, crop and merge feature. Didn’t get any software to create PDF from images. (My earlier Canon scanner had it)

Defective. We recieved a defective scanner from Amazon and the now we are not getting the return option as well. When contacted Epson company they are saying Amazon sent faulty product returned by some othe customer. Please don’t buy this scanner from this vendor.

Product is good in this price, but plastic quality is not so good, software has many good built in features. It will be very helpful if the scanning area could be increased, then many big copies/standard copies could be scanned very easily. I am facing problems to scan standard size copies. To scan A4 size copies, it is fine. Overall I am satisfied.

Lousy scanner. Did not work from the first time I connected it to the computer. Still not working. I exchanged cables also. But still the computer did not establish communication with the scanner. There is absolutely no visual indication of the scanner on condition. Don’t buy ever!!!

For Small Office & Home use, this is an excellent product for regular scanning works. Scans up-to 4,800dpi for people working intensively in design & graphics industry. I use 300dpi which is more than enough for home photos & documents scanning. Can scan a full A4 photo in 15 seconds and documents in about 10 seconds. Easy to use & install, as it took me less than 10 minutes to connect-install software-scan for the first time. Summary: Excellent cost effective product (Sub 4,000) for regular scanning purposes.
