REceived the printer very fast, the product got paired with my iPhone, but the only issue was that it didn’t download and install Firmware update whenever you click “Update firmware” button in the app. I tried to reset the printer, reboot the phone and even connect it to the different phone, same story all the time. Initiate the return.

The image quality of the printer is amazing and pretty colorful. Even the app for it is great for customizing pictures and you can add the white borders
App is easy to use and the paper trays are easy to install as well.
Had some minor connectivity issues with the app and the printer on IPhone 12 Pro Max, don’t know if its common but resolved by just resetting and reconnecting
The paper and ink for it is expensive. Really no alternative since everything comes in the separate paper trays but so far it’s great.
Pro: because of the paper it uses, you can remove the backside of the pictures after printing and the picture will be just like a sticker. (Be careful not to ruin the image).
It is nice to kinda stick pictures onto books or walls rather than using a tack or tape

Pedí el paquete de la impresora con 60 papeles de impresión… y sólo me llegó la impresora con 40 papeles para imprimir. Al comunicarme con Amazon, me dijeron que no me preocupara y me reembolsaron mi dinero. La verdad es que se portaron muy amables y super eficintes.
Debo reconocer que aunque no me dieron lo que compré supieron solucionar muy bien. Los recomiendo ampliamente.
Respecto a la impresora: La batería no dura mucho, y el papel protector que pone al final a las fotos, hace que se vean un poco mal. De igual forma el adhesivo que traen las fotos es malísimo.
Pero es portatil, de muy buena calidad, super bonita y fácil de usar. Sus fotos son resistentes al agua, así que es una excelente opción si lo que buscas es una alternativa a las Fuji.
