I bought this printer and it did great for the first 20 ish pictures I printed. After that it started making this really loud screeching noise, wouldn’t feed the printer paper through and the ink ribbon jammed.
I can’t find a way to contact the company to even get some tips on how to help fix it.
I really wanted to like this but I just can’t.

Love this small printer. Now I get to print all my photos directly from my phone. Good quality prints. My only suggestion is buy couple of photo paper boxes and cartridges.

I originally bought a Kodak model and ended up sending it back immediately the same day because the stupid thing wouldn’t even connect with my Bluetooth, which meant I couldn’t print. I tried troubleshooting everything… I tried calling the company (which was already closed for day) and I tried looking for YouTube videos and finally, I decided it was going back rather than wasting any more time troubleshooting. I’m so happy I did because this model is amazing!! It is user friendly and was very easy to set up! It connected to my Bluetooth and WiFi immediately. The picture quality, color and clarity is phenomenal! I’m very happy with this purchase! Highly recommended.
