The media could not be loaded.
I got this printer and it is printing blank pages and pages get stuck at the end and don’t come out fully and there is no response. The technician told me he has put it for return but I havn’t gotten any message

I had upgraded my inkjet to laser Ink dry up if not used for long time. I have home use hence ink tank was not considered. Laser is faster wifi use one can print document from mobile. Received my delivery in time. Set up require HP account and HP smart app down load. USB port and WiFi both can be used. Took half an hour to set up and connect, but over all ok for a senior citizen. Let us see long term use

Actually this printer does not have the option of Scanning, next drawback is its not able to print duplex printing coz manually we have to turn the page, I never know that this printer does not has scanner.

No proper guidance got regarding printer setup and use, you tube videos were of great help, initially caused so much trouble but all of a sudden it started working fine over wifi and wifi direct only using yet to use with USB, not checked using same, had faced so many issue even filed replacement but technician not turned up, with the help of you tube videos was able to resolve that setup issue but what if my password will change Or will need to connect the printer with other wifi connection then the initial have no idea, technician instead of coming home and guiding asked me to share the 4 digit code so that he can file refund for me, I need someone to help and guide me the funtioning and troubleshoot, so u asked him to come home and then will share, he not turned up and it is showing me to reschedule appointment, my prints were getting blocked, do not know how that’s working today but the day filed return it was not working still it is working completely fine with wifi direct, over wifi sometimes work sometimes do not. Will share the review after using over usb too

Worst Product don’t buy HP Printers from Amazon worst service, I purchased HP Laserjet 1020w tank model printer from Amazon after few months my printer got printing problem, i contacted HP they rejected warranty due to sl.no. mismatch after that several times contacting to Amazon but there is No solution from them from 4 months

This is a good value for money printer – The print quality is great – WIFI enabled – Easy to setup & use – Refill is inexpensive
CONS – When connected using wifi, sometimes it takes more time to start printing & there is no indication that the print is in processing/scheduled. So you will have to wait for few minutes before you think of retrying. – No duplex printing
