HP MFP M 128fw is the best printer for your office under 30k segment. Print quality is good and adjustable. Toner cartridge is able to print 1500 – 1700 pages ( depending on your iso setting ). Touchscreen interface is quite responsive and very easy to navigate.

IT HAS DEFAULT SETTINGS AND ONE CANNOT CHANGE PAGE MARGINS IN THIS PRINTER THROUGH MOBILE APP. ALSO IN WINDOWS, THERE IS NO SETTINGS FOR PAGE MARGINS WHILE PRINTING A PDF.
WASTE OF MONEY..
ALSO AMAZON GETS A BIG COMMISSION TO SELL THIS CRAP .
I WANTED TO REPLACE THIS WITH ANOTHER MODEL WITHIN A DAY OF RECEIVING AND DISCOVERING THE SNAGS.
BUT THEY DECLINED AND CLOSED THE RETURN WINDOW.

I bought this model offline 1 year ago. Till now running well. Some problem that occurs is ADF paper jam, paper strucks in ADF, another problem is it requires 88A catridge, market price around Rs. 500, but this catridge is not cost effective for business. No duplex, has wifi, mobile printing, enlarge- reduce document size, ink low- high option, screen touch display, no push button. That’s all.
