I am writing a review for HP 419 AIO printer. Package arrived early, installation was quite easy, did it myself.
• Wireless connectivity works well
• It’s not that heavy, comes with 2 black bottles and 3 bottles (cyan, magenta, yellow), they were spill resistant, didn’t cause a mess
• Got printheads, easy to install
Onto print quality
• It’s great for text
• Photo prints are alright, if you only want to print photos, I recommend not going for it unless you use high GSM paper
• Scanning & copying is great, works pretty well
One thing though when it printed out the guide, it said HP 410 printer, so if you want to spend lesser money, go for 410, it’s literally the same except for having an extra black bottle that you can purchase for less than the extra amount I had to pay for 419
Overall, it’s nice. Go for it.

Der Drucker ist nicht für den Deutschen Markt gedacht. Konnte nicht in Deutschland registrieren. Habe Polen aus gewählt. Verbrauchsmaterial läßt sich dann über die App nur auf polnisch in Polen bestellen. Also nutze ich die App nicht. Sonst ist alles auf Deutsch einstellbar. Es ist halt sehr schön das der Drucker Tanks hat, ohne Chip der sagt die Patrone ist leer. Habe bisher noch keine Tinte nachkaufen müssen. Weil so viel Tinte in den Tanks ist.

The printer HP 419 is simply the best in market for home purpose or small business purpose. The package was completely sealed and packed neatly. The piece was manufactured with latest month. The color is beautiful. We can print with the help of wifi, or phone or with chord provided. The printer is inkjet. Filling of ink in the slot is very easy and does not spill. The print quality is excellent and prints about 8 pages per minutes which is OK for home use. The cost per page is very cheap which works to about 10 to 12 paise per page. It can photocopy and scan also. It is light weight. Print can be given from anywhere in room if you are using WiFi. The pages have to be kept vertical for printing. The customer support is excellent and technician visit home and demonstrate installation process. The ink can be purchased online from HP store. It can print color as well as black and white.
You can go for this model without any second thoughts.

*My printer name is hp419…but in wifi it shows hp410…I think there is something mistery…but after some months the working is super and the ink was also not getting low as fast…
*Some times errors are coming but no problem we can solve by seeing manual which was given by hp services in box..
Overall good value for money…nice one…O am giving review after 5 months!

Oct 24, 2019: Printer seems like a waste of money.
Tri-Colour print head seems to have failed in a new device purchased in Mar 2019. No way of emailing HP product support. One of the ways I seemed to have done it from HP site (from my login there) never got me a response!

The printer works extremely well & silently except for the following (note: All my devices are either MacOS or IOS):
1. This printer was purchased from Amazon in March 2019, the warranty for the product (as per HP site) had started in December 2018!
2. It does not switch off automatically in 2 hours – as per printer web-page this feature is pre-setup & cannot be altered
3. No instructions on how to make the Manual Duplex feature work from a Print option (at least on MacOS)
4. Knowledgeable/ trouble shooting guides have no information on this
5. Due to Ink-Tank feature, it is not easy to just “pick-up” the printer & carry it – it has to be kept horizontal to avoid ink spills, so carrying to an HP service centre is out of question.
6. The Chat Bot on HP website cannot answer anything that you cannot read in a manual – it is totally useless & does not even recognise that it should redirect the person to a human.
7. All support information is for Windows devices – not help for Mac OS is available
8. Still trying to figure out how to talk to a support representative as they are available only during my working hours or shorter & I have not been able to find an option to leave a message/ email for help.
In short – very good product when it works, but support seems to suck. Also, some problem of seller (assuming warranty start date is their issue), published features (switching off – everybody is now lazy to switch off a shared printer/ Manual duplex) do not always work.

I finally decided to purchase a printer for home, I got fed up with constantly running to the Xerox store for printing and copying.
My need was for around 5-10 pes per month sometimes even more. I could have gotten a cheaper printer but having used them before they are too much trouble if you don’t use them regularly also ink is expensive.
The 419 series is a superb addition by HP, it nicely compliments the Home Office, School work needs. The printing cost is cheap and ink refill is very much a clean experience.
I got it delivered on time from Amazon, packaging could have been better. The setup instructions are very simple and anybody can do it. You will need to download the HP smart app for configuring WiFi and other monitoring aspects of the printer. I was able to setup & use the printer within 20min.
Printing quality is good, on a slower side for colour prints, but that is not a worry for occasional and less volume.
Go for it, it is a good printer.
