Complicated installation, customer support.
Till now not able to connect through WiFi. Not able to print anything through their HP Smart app. Printer doesn’t recognise.
Raised a ticket finally in Aug and no one has got back.
Printing quality pathetic. See the print quality from the brand new cartridges.
They are making customers running in circles by directing them to read more and more manuals except providing any actual help.
Total waste of 7000.00 rupees.
I am thinking I’d the retailer themselves are cheats in addition.

Writing this based on 7 days use experience.

Pros
1. Wifi Printer, having scanner, copy and Fax at low price.
2. App based use for convenient print, scan, fax.

Cons
1. Colour print quality is just average.
2. Ink provided along with Printer can last only less than 30 color print.
3. Print speed is very slow over wifi. May be 2 paper in a minute
4. Getting connected to wifi for printing is a pain

Personal thoughts- My use is only 20 page print in a week currently and thus can live with this.
Those expecting quality colour print, or high speed printing or print requirement is too much may search for other option, as ink cost will be too high comparing to getting printing outside.

Yet to print photo paper to assess quality.

With the Diwali discount, card discount, Amazon cash back, and GST refund applied, I was able to get it for Rs. 4100. The features are pretty decent for the price. A colour printer, a colour scanner, an automatic document feeder, wifi and mobile connectivity, one-touch colour and black-and-white copying, etc. are among the features. The qualities of an excellent scanner with a flat bed and an automatic document feeder were the major reasons I purchased it. At this price, there isn’t even a single-function scanner on the market with this feature. For me, the inclusion of colour print and content is a bonus. Because it requires less maintenance, I favour this over an ink tank printer. When inactive for a long time (such as during the COVID phase), ink tank printers experience a jamming phenomenon in the print head due to dried ink. As the print head, ink tubes, and other components need to be replaced, the cost of repair is around 4K. The print head is located inside the cartridge itself in this printer (HP 4123). We receive a fresh head each time the cartridge is changed. It also features a cartridge of dry ink. The cost of maintenance is therefore relatively minimal. The price of printing is the only drawback I can think of. Although there are kits available on Amazon, I have not tried to refill the cartridge.

Initial setup cartridges are still functioning after around 25 prints in colour and black and white each.
The best 3-in-1 scanner and printer for full-featured scanning and low- to medium-volume printing workloads, I’ll say that last.

Hp service center won’t bother to repair your printer. And hp care service person initially declined to take the printer for repair.
